I sat on the couch eating candy and watching Bad Girls Club. Mommy went with Auntie Nique to Auntie Bre's baby shower. She's having a boy🙂. Daddy went with all his old friends to lunch. That leaves little old me at home alone. The doorbell rung and I got up to get it. Uncle Chris was standing there with Aiyana, Kayleigh, Royal, Jalen and KiLae.
"Hey Purity." He said with a smile and a hug. "Hey Uncle Chris. Hey kids." "HI PURITY!" They all screamed in unison. I smiled as they ran inside. "Hey, P. I gotta talk to you." "Um ok. Come in." I stood to the side and let him come in. We sat on the couch and he looked at me. The way he looked was different. I didn't know what it was.
"Is everything ok?" "Um sorta. So you do understand what's going on with Mom and Dad right?" "Yeah, why?" "Well the kids overheard me talking to your dad about it last night." "Wow." "Yeah, so if they ask you any questions, just explain to them that everything is gonna be fine." "Ok." He stood up and hugged me. "I'll see you next week." "Bye."
He walked out. How am I gonna explain this to them?
