Chapter One

I wake sun shining through the window. It's Christmas!!! I quickly get dressed, and fly down the stairs. I look at the tree standing along with a bunch of presents. Yassss!
"Well maybe I should make breakfast for everyone." I think to myself. I quick grab the pancake mix and mix water and eggs into it. Then I start setting up the gritle. While it heats up I grab some bacon and eggs along with cinnamon buns. I put the cinnamon buns on a cookie sheet and throw em in the oven. Then I get out two pans and put butter on both, and put the eggs on one, bacon on the other. Finally the gritle is heated up and I slowly cook the pancakes while watching the bacon and eggs. Once everything is cooked I throw the food onto plates just in time for breakfast. Mom and dad slowly ascend down the stairs still half asleep.
"I thought I smelt bacon." My father recognizes. Mother nods.
"Yep. Pancakes,eggs, and bacon." I exclaim.
"Well let's dig in." My mom says excitedly. I beam.
Once breakfast is over we wash all of the dishes and clean up the counters and the table.
Next,PRESENTS. I squeal a little to loud. And earn a weird look from both of my parents. I gave my mother and father there presents. My mom opens hers first and hugs me so tight I couldn't breath. I made her a bracelet out of wire into a heart with a red pink and white bead embedded into the heart.
"Thank you so much, Kate."
"Time for you to open yours dad."I exclaim. I got my father a new water proof watch.
"Kate this is great, thank you."
"You're welcome." I say.
Then my mother and dad hand me my presents. There's so many!!
I get an iPhone 6s with a green and blue water case, a new dover saddle, a brush kit, braiding kit, a saddle cover, polos, another dover saddle, a blue and green rope halter, blue and green lead rope, a new blue and green blanket, and a suitcase with running horses on it.
"Omygosh!! I love them all!!"
"You have two more presents,Kate."
My mother hands me a blue envelope. I open it and inside is a letter.
Hello, Kate, we received your email on wanting to attend to this school. Well you got in. All you need to know is you need to be packed with all of your necessities and arrive here on January 1 at 3pm.
Goodbye and we can't wait to meet you.

"I got in! I got in!"
"That's great honey but you still have one more present."my father explains.
"What is it?"I ask.
"Go get on your muck boots"
"Ok" I run and put on my boots. I wonder what my last present is.
"Ready Kate?" My mother yells.
"Yes" my mother and father lead my to my old barn.
"Close your eyes Kate"
I close my eyes. "Okay now open."
I open my eyes to see a beautiful dapple grey Arabian.
"Omgosh. She's beautiful. What's her name?"
"Her registered name is To Fast For You. But her stable name is Silver."
"Omygosh how can I ever thank you guys?"
"Don't worry about it, but go get packing and I will put Silver away.

I run into the house and jump up and down. I am going to Passabelle Equestrian School!
