The rainbow challenge
IF u ever think negative and want to self harm here is something u can do to prevent yourself from not doing it.
1) Take two colors one that your most favorite and one that your least favorite draw a line of both colors with the arm u self harm.
2) Keep both colors on your arm with out getting rid of them.
3) Get rid of your least favorite color day by day without getting rid of your most favorite color the more u get rid of it the more your dark thoughts will go
4) If you cut your favorite color will start fading away and least favorite color will be there for awhile. If you don't cut your least favorite color will start fading away without any damage.
5) If u know someone who is going though this support them by doing these like but put your favorite color and there's see if either of them fad away
