Lydia let out a small laugh as Stiles realized the entrance to the school was locked. "I told you so.," she said quietly.  "Yeah, and?" Stiles said defensively toward the Strawberry Blonde. "I'm sure one weekend without your bat will be okay," she said with slight annoyance in her tone. The female played with her hair as she waited for Stiles to realize that leaving was the proper solution. "How about, we go home and you can just come over?" she smiled hopefully. "Yeah... I guess," he said saddened. He began walking and she stepped in front of him. "It's going to be okay," she reassured him before placing a kiss on his lips. He couldn't help but smile. That wasn't the feeling Lydia had at all, but she was trying her best to hide it. Deep down, a feeling was swirling in her stomach and she knew exactly what it meant.

"Stiles and Lydia?" an unfamiliar voice came from behind Lydia in the parking lot. Stiles raised an eyebrow and stepped in front of Lydia to be safe. "Who's asking?" He called out to the female who was standing not too far from them. Lydia stepped out from behind Stiles wanting to see properly. "It's Layla, from Algebra," she exclaimed as she started approaching them. Stiles was hesitant, but he did know who she was. They never could be too careful with those around them nowadays. She walked up to the door of the building with keys to get in. Lydia looked at Stiles and shrugged, she soon walked up behind the girl. "Why are you up here so late?" she questioned Layla, but to be fair they were probably being suspicious as well. "I came up to deliver something really quick," she said before putting the keys into the door and unlocking it. "Oh yeah, what is that?" Stiles said keeping watch on Lydia. "It's from someone you may not know yet, their names are Silas and Scarlett. Stiles probably know them," she said before turning to face the two. Lydia furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. 'yet...' she thought to herself before turning to face Stiles as if asking for clarity. "They want you to know that they're coming to take their town back." with those sudden words Lydia faced her again and Layla plunged a large knife into Lydia's stomach. At that moment Stiles was texting Scott that he needed to get to the school as quickly as possible because Stiles knew something was wrong. It took him a second to turn around and see the girl running off to the street that currently had an eighteen wheeler rushing down it. Layla stood in the middle of it and let the truck hit her, without stopping. Stiles was taken aback. "Holy shi-" he couldn't finish his sentence because he heard the sound of Lydia's body dropping next to him.
