OUR OPPOSITE LOVE

CHAPTER 1

RHEAS POV

BUZZ BUZZ (rheas room above)
I woke up with a startle, and i was so confused why did i set my alarm to 6 am.... Then it hit me, im going to my new school today.

My name is Rheas Myers i used to live in LA but now i live in the big apple. I moved here with my parents and older brother named Jordan, when i say older brother i mean older by a few minutes (so he is my twin). We moved here because my dad got a new job here as a lawyer so we had to pack our bags and leave the home i lived in for 15 years.

Looking at my alarm clock it read 6:14 am, school starts at 7:30 so i still have plenty of time to get ready. So i check my social medias
Instagram (@dreamer_quotes78) (its a real account), snapchat, twitter and etc.

When i look at my alarm clock again it read 6:30 am so i get up and prepare myself for the hellish day ahead. After i shower, pick and outfit and put a touch of make up, i proceed to go across to my brother's room.

"JORDAN GET YOUR LAZY ASS OUT OF BED!"

Jordan just stirs so i go to the far side of the room and run towards his bed. When i get close enough i jump on him. He shots straight up out of the bed shocked. While i just look at him while laughing my ass off.

"Morning my sweets brother," i said innocently "Time to go to school, its already 6:50!"

After giving me a glare he goes to the bathroom and freshens up. While i just sit cross-legged on his bed. His room is a navy blue room with big windows on the side. Consisting of a closet, bed and a desk his room was quite simple and boyish but still messy.

Few minutes later Jordan comes out of the bathroom.
"Happy? Im dressed. Now lets eat breakfast and go to hell."

I just give him a sarcastic smile and follow him down the stairs. We are greeted with the scent of bacon and our mother flipping pancakes. Our dad was reading the paper and drinking his coffee.

After we finish our breakfast Jordan drives us to school. We both are 9th graders who attend Shadow Justic High. As we pull into the parking lot, i start to get nervous Jordan notices this and squeezes my hand for comfort. We decided to go into the class together since we were new.

As we make our way into the building we get some stares from the people around us because  in our old school Jordan was one of the good looking and popular guys. I wouldn't be surprised if he joined the popular group.

After we get our schedules and locker combinations, we compare and found out that we had english, history, science and pe together. As for math, art and music, we dont have them together. Luckily we have homeroom together so we make our way there.

When we enter the class, i notice the class got alot quieter so we went to the teacher.
"Hello i am Rheas Myers and this is my twin Jordan. We are new here."

"Alright, you both may pick which seat you would like to sit in." replied Mr Herondale (hehhehehe those of u who read mortal instruments, this should make sense)

We sat in the far back corner away from the others and just made conversation between us.

"Do you notice how people got quiet all of a sudden when we entered?" Asked Jordan

"Yeah but do u notice the stares they are giving us right now?" I said

Jordan looked around before he replied "Yeah good point, its starting to get creepy."

TIIIIINNNNNGGGG

"Ok guys simmer down, we have 2 new students today." Said Mr Herondale "Rheas and Jordan Myers please stand up please."

I gave Jordan a look that said 'Great we are going to have to introduce ourselves'. He gave one back 'i know just say your name and where we moved from'

"Please tell us a little bit about yourself." Requested Mr Herondale smiling.

"My name is Jordan Myers." Started Jordan
"-and i am Rheas Myers."
"I am older than her for about 3 minutes which makes us twins." Continued Jordan
"-and we are from Los Angeles." I finished.

"Ok, you may take a seat." Replied Mr Herondale

"My name is Mr Will Herondale, but you may call me Mr H for short." Said Mr H

After attendence for 5 minutes, we were allowed to have our own time for 15 minutes. Almost immediately, all the girls that wear tight clothing introduced themselves to Jordan. 

One girl named Chloe Matthews introduced herself to me. I found out that she also has a twin brother named Asher Matthews. Who she points out is talking to my brother now.
