My eyes flickered open as I jumped to my feet. Everything around me was white. So this is what death is like, I thought to myself as I looked around and became surprised since it all looked like Hogwarts in a way.

“You aren't dead Scarlet,” a familiar voice said from behind me. I turned around to see my brother James looking at me. He held out open arms that I jumped into.

“James, I've missed you so much. When I came back I found out you were dead,” I began to cry and pulled him closer.

“It wasn't your fault Scarlet, you've helped so many people. But every time something bad happens you blame everything on yourself, it's one of your only flaws.” I turned to see Lily talking. I gave her a hug too.

“If I'm not dead why am I here?”

“It's your choice. Because of how you helped everyone you're allowed to choose to die or go back to living.” James explained as I turned to see some people I've lost standing around me. My parents, the Karid's, Dumbledore, and even Jasmine. I had met Jasmine when I was on my mission a long time ago, we had become good friends, but Voldemort found out and killed her.

“We all love you so much Scarlet, but it's not your time to die. You still have people up there waiting for you who love you very much.” said Dumbledore, looking at me with a familiar twinkle in his eyes. I went around and hugged everyone.

“We'll always be here for you Scar, just wish for us to be there with you and we shall. We told you that a long time ago.” my mother said as I hugged her.

“What do you mean?”

“We've been looking out for you all these years. If you want to see us then summon us, you'll be the only one that will be able to see us.” said Lily, “You better summon us for your wedding.” she lectured before giving me one last hug.

“I love you Scarlet, good luck to you and Sirius,” James said as they started to fade.

“I love you all too!” I called out to them as I slowly started to connect with my body that I had left behind moments ago.

“I'm so sorry, she's gone, she's dead,” Madam Pomfrey's voice drifted over to me. Sobs broke out around me.

“She died for everyone, she always said that she wanted to make a difference in the world,” said Sirius.

“I can't believe that she's gone, she was the only family member I had left.” you could tell Harry was crying too. “I'm supposed to be happy that Voldemort's gone, but I've lost my aunt along the way. My aunt was the best person you could ever know, she was someone you loved to be around.”

“She was the only person alive that I still trusted,” choked out Severus. “No matter what happened she stood by me.” everyone seemed to be taking a turn to talk about me.

“She never judged me for what I was, she always stood up for me,” Remus said this time. “If someone thought it would be funny to make fun of someone they would end up in the hospital wing because of her.”

“No matter what happened to her she would always do the right thing. She truly was a Gryffindor. She always had O's, but she always made sure she had time for her friends.” Professor McGonagall now spoke.

“She was a prankster that even helped put in some ideas for our shop. Scarlet was an inspiration to us, a role model,” Fred and George said at the same time.

“But most of all she was the only person I ever loved. She helped me become a better person, helped me become who I am today. I remember a couple weeks after we started dating we had already come up with a quote for the two of us. We would take turns saying the first part and then the other person would say the last. I just want you to know Scarlet, I'll love you forever an...” Sirius wasn't able to finish as he began to cry harder.
