I blink, regaining focus, as I wish I am at the house near the lake. I wipe my tears away, take off my flats and sit on the edge, putting my feet in the water. Some people - mainly humans think that being a princess is all fun and games but it is hard. Especially in Eghasa. They expect you to be absolutely perfect and nothing less. Being a princess is a burden; if something goes wrong they will always find a way to blame you. I sigh, Lex's hateful eyes running through my mind. He hates me and wished that I was dead. I give a shaky laugh. It was ironic that the person who was meant to protect me hated my guts and wanted me dead. My life is just effed up. My stupid powers is why they want to kill me. Me and my parents as well as anybody else close to me. Why did the gods choose me and not someone else?! The wind starts to pick up because of my anger and I realize that I need to calm down. I take deep breaths and the wind starts to die down, as if it feels myself relax.

"what the-oh hey Elsie. Where's Simone?" She motioned to the water. That's weird they always stay together. I took my dress off and dived in the warm water in my bra and underwear. Using air i created an air bubble around my head, so i could stay under as long as i wanted. I stopped once i was at the bottom , i didn't know how deep this pond was it was REALLY deep. I saw Simone at the bottom just laying there. I swam to him and rubbed his big belly.

"Simone?" he opened his eyes licked my face and got up.

"you little buggers. You tricked me" Simone smiled well if kelpies could that's what it looked like. He tapped my hand and swam away.

"oh you guys wanna play tag?" Elsie nodded then tapped my hand and swam away with Simone. Icouldn't help but laugh they were so cute!

"ok i'll play but only for a little while" i said chasing after them.

Haha turns out the 'little while' turned into 8 hrs. It never gets boring playing with them.

"i gotta go but i'll come back later." they looked sad but nodded anyways. i got out reached the surface grabbed my clothes and walked to the back door. Elsie called out to me.

"yes" i said walking back to her. Simone rose to the surface with something in his mouth. He placed it on he grass.

"what is - aww thanks guys its beautiful how did you find the star fish?" it was a necklace made out of small white stones and a little orange starfish in the middle. I tickled the small starfish making it wiggle. I bent down and kissed them.

"thanks guys" i got up and headed in.

"Bree?" she came out.

"hey whats up Arabella"

"nothing , did you know Lex's parents died?" she brought her hand to her mouth in shock.

"no"

"have you seen him?" she shook her head.

"not since this morning" where is he?!

" oh ok thanks" something vibrated in my purse. What the hell?! It was a small metal looking thing.

"whats this?"

"a cell phone look some ones calling open it up like this" i did and the cellphone opened up.

"hello?"

"hey Arabella its Ethan. Are you still hangin with us?" oh i almost forgot.

"oh hey Ethan, umm yes i would like that very much"
