"Louise?"

"Shh! I'll come talk on my break!" She says in a whisper.

I nod and wait for my coffee. My phone starts ringing and I see it my brother. Well I'm going to have to face him eventually. I pick up.

"Hey bro!" I say trying to sound cool.

"Where are you Lillie? I woke up this morning and you were gone!" He screeches into the phone.

"Yeah about that..." I trail off.

"Where are you?" He repeats.

"I'm kinda in France?" I say more as a question.

"France? FRANCE!" He screams.

"Yeah?" I say nervously.

"You are to come home immediately!" He insists.

"I met her," I say in a hushed voice.

"What?" He asks.

"I met_" he cuts me off.

"I heard you! How is she?" He says.

"I don't know I met her while ordering coffee," I sigh.

"Oh well come home soon Lillie?" He asks concerned.

"Yeah sure," I reply.

"Bye Lillie!" He says.

"Bye!!" I say in a kid voice.

I walk up to the counter and go sit waiting for her to go on break. I take out my phone and scroll through Facebook. After a while she comes and sits across from me.

"Hey," I sigh looking at her.

"It's been to long," she says back.

"I missed you," I let out a light smile.

"It was hard to keep this from you for so long," she says and I can tell she wants to cry.

"I cried for a week, no joke," I say sadly.

"So has your protector come?" She asked saying protector quietly.

I look down,"yeah he did."

"Talk to me what's wrong?" She said concerned.

"He broke a promise that can't be fixed," I reply.

"Oh that sucks," she sighs.

"So Caleb never told me, was dad a...,creature?" I ask quietly.

"No that's why he brought me here. Mom couldn't risk it," she says.

"Did you know that the plane was going to crash?" I ask out of nowhere.

She's quiet for a moment then says,"I felt something bad was going to happen, but technically no I  didn't. In fact dad was going to go home and say I died in  shooting!"

Part of me didn't believe her, bit I wanted to so I convinced myself she wouldn't lie to me.

She looked at the clock,"my breaks over. But can I have your number so I can call to meet up  again? "

I nod and write my phone number on the sheet she handed me. She waves and goes back to work. I grab my coffee and went back to were I was staying. I climb in bed and go to sleep. The next morning I wake up to my phone ringing. It's an unknown number, but I answer anyway.

"Hello who's this?" I ask in my morning voice into the phone.

Then Louise's chirps,"it's me dumb one! Wanna come over?!"
