chapter 8

PATRICK POV
(A/N so this is the last chapter cuz I wanna be done with this story so ya)

Pete has invited me over for dinner tonight at his place. We have bonded very well since about a week ago. My mind cant stop creating scenarios on whts tonight gonna be like. So to shrug it off I decided to get ready because I have to be there in an hour. Once I stepped out of the shower my phone vibrated.it was a text from pete

Pete: hey cutie so I decided I will pick you up in ten min so be ready mk bye. Well shit I have to get dressed sooner. Once u waa done getting dress u decied I was gonna style my hair. So I put a little jel in my hands and made it looked spiked up. I dont wanna ruin my fedora so I wont where it. I got down stairs and put on my combat boots. I had a little time left so I went on instagram. Scrolling and scrolling until I came upon petes new picture it says "im goin on a date with the hottest person in town." I chuckled to my self considering im deffenetly not the hottest person in town. Then the door bell rang. I got up and answered it and it was the meme person himself. "Hey ready to go- whoa what did u do with your hair?" Pete asked. "Oh I just spiked today cuz I felt like it." "Oh well I like it. I think it suits you." He said. We walked to his car and he opened rhe door for me. "Why thank you kind sir." I told him. Soon we were at his appartment. He had everything set up nicely. It was beautiful.

Time skip during dinner

"So patrick, anyone your interested in?" He asked me. I didnt want to tell him about my little crush on him. "No not really." I lied. We kept the conversation going as we ate. Once we were finished eatin we did the dishes. "Hey do you wanna watch a movie with me?" He asked. "Sure what movie do you wanna watch?" I asked. " its up to you cutie." " Dont call me cutie." I said. I walked over to the movie section. I picked out what's your number. (AN I love tht movie so why not a chick flick for once) " A chick flick seriously? " pete raised his eye brow. "Dont judge im in the chick flick mood." I sassed back.

It was towards the end of the movie. For some reason I was laying on petes lap. I didnt actually mind tho. He then got up and pulled me on the floor with him. We just kinda talked about random stuff and personal stuff. Then he kissed me and something weird was happening with my brain. I was remebering. I remembered everything the realation ship I had with pete. Oh my god I was gonna propose to pete. We pulled away. We bothed had a shocked face. "Pete, I remember everything. Our relationship, how I was gonna propose to you I remember it all." I said happily. I kissed my boyfriend now fiance on his sweet lips. I can feel him smiling into the kiss. "Hey pete?" I asked. "Yes gorgeous?" He asked. "Can I see your left hand please? " he nodded and gave me his left hand. I started taking off his ring before he stopped me. "What are doing with my ring?" He asked sternly. "I had a whole thing planned out before I got into a wreck and I wanted to do it right. " I said. He nodded and let me take off his ring. I put it in my pocket. "Come on if we're goin to do this I need you to follow me." I said while offering my hand. "But first put this on." I gave him a blindfold so he can put it on. I took his hand and led him down to the car. "This kinda feels like a kidnap.. are you kidnapping me?" He askes. I just chuckle to my self. "Yes yes I am kidnapping you." I siad sarcastically. "Ok we're almost there , now keep that blind fold on." I told him. I stepped out of the car and went to the passenger seat to get pete. "Ok we're here grab my hand." I led him to the cork tree with our symbols carved into the wood. "Ok open." I said. And he did as he was told. "Oh my god pattycakes, this is so perfect. Thank you so much." He gave me a quick peck on the lips. I grabbed the blanket and spred it across under the cork tree. We just sat there for a while looking up at the dark blue sky with stars. I finally got up and pulled pete with me. I got down one knee. "Peter Lewis Kingston Wentz III I love you with everything of mine you make me happy and I hope I make you happy I may have forgotten about you for a little bit but was in the past. This is now. Pete will you marry?" Pete was starstruck. And blushing. "Yes, yes I will marry you Patrick stump." He smiled. I put the ring pn his finger and kissed him passionately " I love you baby." I said " I love you too pattycakes
