Peeta Pov:
I walk with Cato to the lunchroom.
"Cato when you see Katniss can you not get her so fired up."
"Here we go"
"Have you noticed everytime Katniss gets mad Clove does also somehow and vice versa.
"No."
"Well can you?"
"I'll try."
I pat him on the back. I see Katniss just sitting down besides Clove. I walk up to her kissing her forhead. Her smile appears on her face she is a beauty.
Everyone else comes to the table.
"Ahhh lover boy got with lover girl. Dreamy" Finnick demonstrates Katniss. Making her laugh. I got to say I am jealous that Katniss, Gale and Finnick and the girls are like besties.
"Clove what crousage are you wearing to the dance on Friday." I can see that Clove is starting to get mad. Why though?
"Why?"
"Because I'm taking you to the dance?" All eyes are on them.
"Did you ask?"
"What do you mean 'ask'. Your my girlfriend."
"Well this girlfriend is not going out with you until I get asked out" She stumbles out the lunch room with Cato yelling behind her.
"Katniss your going with me right?"
"Did you ask?" Here we go.
"No."
"Well I'm not going" Nothing is said.
"Sooooooo......"Finnick says trying to ease the awkwardeness.
When lunch is over I try to help her up.
"I got it." She hops out the gym looking like a lost bunny.
"You got to give her time. And please don't add water to the fire" Finnick says.
"What's the fire"
"Katniss"He replies then walks away with Annie. I'm going to have to ask him about that later.
I find Katniss sitting by a tree singing. I sit besides her wrapping my arms around her and she lets me.
"Katniss will you go to the dance with me?"
"Yes I will."
I brush my lips against hers not kissin just breathing. Ha! That rymed! Anyways try not to hurt her leg.
I can't wait untill the dance comes.

"Katniss come on and stop making out with Peeta." Day by day Peeta and I gets closer and closer. It's like he was already here in the begenning. Madge pulls me off of Peeta's lap. She drags me out the boys dorm room.
"Dang Katniss you got him so whipped" We run to our the girls room running to our room.
"We have exactly 4 hours to get dressed! And your over her sucking off PEETA'S MELLARK face like it's a cheese bun"
"I think your over exagerating Madge plus we can get dressed in four hours." I tell Madge.
"Lets just get ready. You first." She pushes me in a chair spinning me around.
