I am so sorry! I have been too excited to start this story. I'm not going to do a lot of Author's Note because I SOMETIMES hate them. Anyways this is my new story of course. Keep on reading!!
I wake up to see I'm in my room again. I wish I woke up in his arms.
"C'mon Katniss. The game is tonight and people at school will excited." Madge pulls me out of bed.
"I am picking out your outfit. Clove forgot" I can tell I was so exausted last night from all the chaos that was going on.
"You will be wearing these shorts and this shirt" The shorts were okay, but the shirt...now that is a different story. The shorts is green and it has little chains on the end. The shirt is white and it has designs popping out. Hmmmm. To glamorous for me if I do say so myself.
I walk out the door wit Madge hearing her rant on and on about Gale.
"Did you know last night he took me on a date. It was so romantic." She smiles dreamily holding her hands together.
"Did you hear about what happened between Glimmer and Marvel"
"No."
"They broke up last night"
"WHY!"
"Because he cheated on her with a bimbo on the cheerleader team" She says.
"Dang." I say bye to Madge making my way into art. I sit besides Peeta.
"Hey sugar plump." I sigh. Not him again.
"Ummmmmmmmm."
"Michael. Cut it out." Peeta leans forward trying to get a better view to show him that he was serious.
Class starts and I turn my head to the teacher.
All though it looks like Peeta and Michael are having a glare war. When class is over I stand up waiting on Peeta.
"See you tonight. Darling" Michael walks out with his friends with the high fiving each other.
"Katniss what ever you do don't let them underestimate you." Peeta says. What did he mean by that??.
We walk to English.
"Ready for the game tonight?" I ask.
"Totally and try not to get me hard." He says pulling me closer to him.
"Did you know Marvel broke up with Glimmer?"
"Yeah Marvel is kind of upset with himself though."
When we get to English I sit in the middle of a girl and Peeta. I copy down the notes, but the girl keeps starring at Peeta and he is starring BACK! Fine. Well Peeta if you want to play that game then I will join. Let the games begin. I smirk at what I am about to do. I write down hard breaking my No.2 pencil. I fake sigh because I know some people are probably watching. I touch Daniel's shoulder making him blush.
"Oh hey K-K-Katniss" He stutters out. Oh how cute!
"Do you have another pencil I can borrow" He pulls out a lead pencil.
"Thank you Daniel your a life saver!" He turns back around smiling real big. I can feel Peeta's eyes on me. I make a curtain with my hair so I can't see his face.
He taps me on the arm.
"Hm?" I look up to see him giving me the 'what-the-fuck-look'.
"Why didn't you ask me for a pencil?"
"I didn't know you had any. And you were in la la land staring at that girl" I whisper 'that girl' little lower.
"Is someone jealous?"
