= Liam's POV =
It is eight in the morning and the boys were still sound asleep in their rooms. I settle on the couch, and turn on the TV. Putting it on a loud volume wouldn't be much of a problem for the boys since our hotel suite was huge and their bedrooms were quite far away from the living room. Besides, the boys were sound sleepers and not much morning people.
I sigh, flipping through a few channels - hoping to find a good show to watch. Sadly, none interested me so I decide to check my twitter instead. I grab my Mac from the table and immediately type in the link to twitter.
I scroll down my twitter page with a smile on my face as I read the tweets from my fans. They always manage to make my day - well, except the really rude tweets from haters. There were a few tweets from fans and other people saying that they preferred the blonde girl that kissed me rather than Lexi. I almost choked. How could people be that blind? Lexi's so amazing and that blonde girl is nothing compared to my girlfriend. There were hundreds of tweets about it and I'm sure that Lexi would be crushed if she read any of them. She puts up this tough image but I know deep inside, that she gets hurt from what the fans say about her. I'll just have to warn her not to check her twitter until it's all cooled down.
I continue scrolling until a tweet catches my attention. I didn't bother checking the username. All I bothered reading was the tweet itself.
Isn't Lexi supposed to be dating Liam and not this mystery guy?
Next to it was a link that led to a picture. I clicked the link, hoping that it isn't what I think it is. I held my breath as the page was loading. Then the picture popped up. It was a picture of Lexi smiling as she sat in Starbucks. I smiled as I saw the picture of her smiling. I miss that smile so much. But my smile immediately fades once I saw who was seated across her. Who was that guy again? The one we met in Mexico? The one who kept flirting with my girlfriend even if I was standing next to her?
Right. His name's Anthony.
I shut the laptop, feeling jealous. Lucky him, he gets to go on a date with my girlfriend while I'm all the way here in France, missing her terribly. Lucky him, he gets to see her smile and is probably the reason behind her smile. Lucky him, he gets to be within a ten mile radius of her.
It was funny though, how I don't feel mad at her for going out with Anthony. And that's probably because I trust her. I know they had gone out only as friends, nothing more. And I know that she loves me. Me. Not him. But still, I can't help but feel jealous.
I grab my phone and dial Lexi's number. All I want right now is to hear the sound of her voice. Her phone rang and she still hasn't picked up. She must still be asleep. Before I could end the call, she finally answers her phone.
"Good morning, love," I say happily.
"Umm. This isn't your love. It's Perrie. Lexi's still asleep so I decided to answer your call. I thought it was important since you kept ringing," Perrie says, causing the smile on my face to fade away.
"Oh," I say in reply, sighing internally.
"Do you want me to wake her up?" she asks.
I shake my head in protest. "No. I don't want to disturb her. It's okay," I tell her.
"Well, then. Any message you'd like me to tell her?" Perrie asks. "You know, it just so happened to pop in my mind that if this singing career doesn't go well for me, I can apply for a job in one of those call center agencies," she adds, causing me to laugh.
"You can be so random, Perrie," I say, "Anyways, just tell her that I miss her so badly and that I love her."
"Okey dokes," she says cheerfully, "I'll make sure to tell her that even though she clearly knows that. But I'm sure it will make her smile especially now that she's feeling quite down."
