Draco Malfoy x reader

~Draco's POV~
"You're not dangerous at all, are you, you big, ugly brute?" Buckbeak stares at me with his large, yellow eyes as I advance towards him. Before I know it, I'm on the ground, looking up at him while he's standing on his hind legs. "HELP ME! It's gone and killed me! I'm dying!" The pain is unbearable. The world is going black. 'This must be how I die.' Just before everything disappears, I hear somebody tell next to me.
"Hurry, we need to get him to the hospital wing!"

-time skip-

~(Y/N) POV~
"He shouldn't have insulted him." You're muttering to yourself, in tears as you make your way to the hospital wing. "Merlin, I hope he's ok." You open the doors and hear Madam Pomfrey tell the horde of Slytherin students huddled around Draco to leave. They all pout and say bitter things when they walk out the door. You turn to follow them, but you're quickly stopped.
"Miss (Y/N), you may stay." You turn around and watch Madam Pomfrey place a chair beside Draco. "He was talking in his sleep and mentioned your name. I think he would love to see you when he wakes." She scurries away and you take a seat beside him and hold his hand.
"Why do you always find trouble?" You sigh. His hand tightens around yours as you speak.

~Draco's POV~
I finally begin to wake up and I feel a hand in mine. The person has a gentle touch and a voice that I could listen to for hours. I squeeze her hand to let her know I'm listening and she stops talking. I open my eyes and look at the girl beside me. (Y/N)(L/N). I can't believe it. My crush is sitting beside me and holding my hand! "(Y/N)?" She lifts her head up, her (E/C) eyes, glistening with tears. "There's no need to cry." I let go of her hand and wipe away her tears.

~(Y/N) POV~
"(Y/N)?" I lift my head up and look at Draco. He's finally awake and he's..... Smiling? Draco Malfoy is smiling at me? He lets go of my hand and wipes the tears from my eyes. "There's no need to cry."
"I'm sorry, Draco. I couldn't help it. I was just so scared of losing you. I didn't know what that thing did to you. I care too much to lose you and I-." A blush spreads across your face and Draco's smile turns into a smirk.
"So, you care too much, eh? What else were you going to tell me?"
"N-nothing." You avoid looking at him. 
"I think I know what it is."
"What is it, then?" You're afraid that he knows you like him, but he doesn't feel the same about you.
"Come closer and I'll whisper it to you." You lean in close to Draco, but instead of speaking, he turns your head towards him and kisses you sweetly on the lips.
"D-Draco..."
"Yes, (Y/N). I knew you liked me. I like you too." He blushes slightly.
"I would have never guessed.."
"(Y/N)?"
"Yes?"
"Will you stay with me?" He looks at you with pleading silver eyes.
"Of course I will. I won't ever leave you. I'm yours. Always." You place another loving kiss on his lips and you both can't help but smile.
