Roi arrived at the court feeling nervous. "I don't know if I can do this" he confessed. "You can. I believe in you" Alex reassured him. Roi fixed his tie and got out. Alex got out a few seconds later. They walked to the building wondering if Rose was going to get a better home. (I really don't know how this court stuff works so I skipped it). "Mr.Smith, the court finds you guilty. Rosemarie will be taken away from you immediantly." the judge announced. Roi smiled. "At least she is going to be away from him" he whispered to Alex. He nodded. "Mr.Fabito" the judge continued, "would you say you are responsible enough to take care of this child?". He stood up. "Yes, your honor" he nodded respectfully. "Well then, you shall be her legal guardian" she replied.
*9 years later*
"Dad, come on, we're gonna be late!" Rosemarie called after Roi. "Calm down, Rose. You'll be fine" Roi replied. It was Rose's first prom. "You look so beautiful" he smiled. Rose blushed. "Oh dad, stop it" she laughed. They got in the car and drove to school. "Bye dad" she said getting out of the car. He waved to her, tears rolling down his cheeks. 'She has grown up so fast' he thought to himself.
