Since it was summer, everybody was as busy as ever. With all of the camps and sleepovers, we had barely gotten any good sleep in a long time. I had just finished packing for the week long soccer camp me and my best friend Ava would be doing at UGA when Skyler walked into the room.
"Hey! Mom said that Ava is going to be here soon. She said that she will drive both of you there in the morning." She said with a smile.
"Thanks!" I yelled since she was already down the hall.
I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old had always loved that sport. My half of the room is covered in posters of the USWNT and Messi and other awesome soccer players. Camryn has asked me to take some down, but I refuse to.
Within the next hour, Ava had shown up and we were hanging out in my room, watching her favorite show, Once Upon a Time. She was explaining what was happening to me when mom told us to turn the lights off and go to sleep. We both said our good nights and went to sleep, dreaming of the great time we would have at camp.

Me and Ava had been woken up early by all of my sisters. After having breakfast, we got dressed and put our stuff in the car, ready for the long drive that awaited us.

As the car pulled up to the beautiful campus of UGA, my heart began to race. I was so excited that I was going to play my favorite sport with my best friend for a whole week.
Mom dropped us off and we walked to our dorm room. It had a great view of the soccer fields. We began to unpack our things and sort out who would get what side of the room. After unpacking most of our things, we were called to the cafeteria to grab or schedules and meet the other girls. Our schedule looked like this:
7:00 am - Wake up and Breakfast
8:30 am - Depart for Fields
9:00 am - Warm Up
9:20 am - 1st Training Session (Technical)
11:30 am - Lunch
12:30 pm - Rest Period and Room Check
1:45 pm - 2nd Training Session (Tactical)
4:45 pm - Dinner
6:15 pm - 11 v 11 Evening Matches
8:30 pm - Return to dorms
9:15 pm - Pizza Delivery
10:45 pm - Campers in Rooms/Bed Check
11:00 pm - Lights Out
