Timothy's POV
Tawa siya ng tawa habang nakatingin sa akin. Like I am a clown or joker for her to laugh so hard. If her mother she wil not immediately stop.
"Carline, bakit hindim o inaasikaso ang asawa mo? Mukhang pagod at puyat siya." i sPero do't aw her frowning at me.
"Ma, di ba sabi ko sa inyo busy ako sa thesis kaya hindi ko masyadong naasikaso siya. Pero don't worry aalagaan ko ito nang mabuti." then pinched my cheek so hard. I don't know what went with my parents when they pleaded to me to marry her.
"Alright then... maiwan ko muna kayo. Ipagluto mo muna ng hapunan ang manugang ko. Mukhang hindi pa iyan kumakain." her mom asked her to cook and she was like "Hell no!"
I just smirked at her. Thinking of her cooking for me felt like--- Ugh! What's happening with me? I supposedly not acting like this. This is so gay!
I went to their kitchen and everything is already prepared. It's like cooking caldereta and kare-kare. I sit one of the high chairs there and silently observing her gestures.
"Oh matunaw na ko niyan sa titig mo." She hoot a laughter out of nowhere. Yet I am still watching her mixing those ingridients. I just wonder how will she be a wife to me. Even though she is already my wife, I can't stop seeing her doing her housework with our future kids.
Like the hell!? That won't happen to us.
Then my phone rang. It is one of my armed people who I paid to search for the target.
"Boss, areglado tama yung impormasyon tungkol sa kanya. Nakita namin yung record na nasa Pilipinas na siya." Sabi ng nasa kabilang linya.
"Nasa sabi mo na ba ito kina mommy?" I asked. I don't want them to get involve with this. Specially right now, we were just starting to patch things related family concerns.
"Hindi ko pa nasasabi boss. Mukhang busy din kasi si Supremo sa mommy niyo ngayon na nasa ibang bansa sila."
Yeah, I already remember... they went out of the country to call an emergency world conference to their alliance with Black Society. It was since after my wedding day when they have their flight.
"I will be the one to talk to them regarding this one." Then I hung up.
"Sino iyon?" She asked when I reached back to the high chair.
"Its none of your business." I felt guilty when I saw her sad expression. I know she cares... but I know that it will not last.
"Kain ka na." She started to arrange the table setting. It just took her awhile for to complete its arrangement.
For a remarkable evening, I was amazed by her skills for doing the cooking (which taste little bland but I was able to a remedy afterwards).
"Okay let us eat." I answered and I slowly took my seat in front of her. She looked puzzled and curious but its better for her not to get involve with it. She is a role model and a future teacher. I want her to be stay on that innocence stage of her life. Thinking about her future life without knowing what can happen next.
I don't feel her getting involve eith thid dangerous situation. I know... she is already part of it but I want her to have her freedom someday.. when we will part our ways.
Seth's PoV
Ewan ko kung bakit ang tahimik ni boss simula ng umalis kami ng bahay ni miss Carline. Mamaya pa daw ito magpapasundo para umuwi. Pero si boss sobrang seryoso ang mukha niya habang nasa tabi ko siya habang nagda-drive.
Ngayon ay pupunta kami sa head quarters kung anong nangyari sa usapan nila ng tauhan. I find it weird when he is that serious. I know there are a lot og things for him to think still the emotion I can see in his eyes.. it's weird. I don't know, I had this feeling he is into something.
