Lia opened the door and tiptoed inside. She listened as hard as she could and made sure that her weapons were ready. She heard something squeaking and she didn't want to take any chances. She sprinted down to the lower floor and gasped as she saw Jack with a gun. "What are you doing?" He asked in a whisper. Lia just stood there as she watched a mouse run across the floor. "Oops, sorry." She said. "Get back up there." Jack said looking a little disappointed. Lia nodded and tiptoed back up.
Lia went to the back of the hall where she started and went from door to door listening through her hearing device. When she got the fifth door, she stopped and listened to something that sounded unfamiliar. She tried to open the door but it was locked. She slipped on her glasses and turned on the ex ray goggles. She saw three men surrounding a kind of machine. Two of them were people that she had never seen before and the third had his back facing her. Lia kept mouthing to her self turn around, turn around but he wouldn't turn around. Lia turned on her microphone, which turned out to be a walkie talkie and tried to talk to Jack. "Jack, Jack." She whispered. "Lia, did you find anything?" "Well I see three men surrounding a machine, it looks like." "Do you know who they are?" "Not exactly." Then Lia saw the third man starting to turn his head. Lia just watched his head turn, then widened her eyes when she could see who it was.....it was David.
