Chapter 11

Lias eyes nearly popes out of her head, every muscle in her body was frozen. "Lia, are there, what's happening!" Jack cried. Lia tried to speak but nothing came out. Jack tried again, "Lia talk to me!!" Lia stared at David until they saw eye to eye. David widened his eyes as Lia made a run for it. "Jack are you there!!" Lia screamed but their was no answer. Lia ran down to the next floor but didn't see him. She heard running footsteps behind her so she chose a room to hide in and didn't dare make a sound. She put on her ex ray goggles and through the door saw the three men gather together. Lia watched as David led one man down the stairs to the next floor and the other man up to the top floor.

David slowly walked down the hall Lia was in and said in a bit of a whisper, "I know your here Lia, and I know why your here. You're right you know, your dad's alive." Lia began to breath hard, trying not to be heard as she listened to David. "Show yourself Lia," said David as he started walking to the door backwards with a serious look. "Or you won't see your friend again." David watched one of his men forcing Jack up to the top floor with his hand held tightly to Jack's mouth.

Lia's heart started beating hard as her eyes widened. She forced herself to open the door. "Wait! Stop!" Lia said as David turned around with a grin. David snapped his fingers and three more men came up the stairs, two with their hands around Cody, and one who went to David's side.

"What is this! What's going on here?!" Lia exclaimed with a worried look. With a smile on his face, David pointed at Lia with two fingers and the man walked towards her. "Oh come Lia, you should know that a man like me has many tricks up his sleeve." "But.." "No buts." David interrupted. "If your going to talk then wait till we have everyone together." David demanded as the man grabbed Lia and forced her up the stairs with David following.
