1. When we change, the people around us changes accordingly.

2. Depression is how we do, how we react is the difference.

3. Everytime you're dealing with a stressful situation, don't wait
for it to end.
Have patience.
You should have patience when a calamity strikes you,
and not a few days after it.
Don't do it after you have complained to everybody else, when you no longer have
any choice but to be patient.

4. Do not feed junkfood to your soul.
Time wasting,
laziness,
over eating,
wasting time on social networks,
not spending time on the right company,
or looking around for trouble.

This certain lesson really hit me hard, it's always a struggle.
Inshaa Allah may Allah azza wa jal protect us all.
And continue giving us taufiq.
