A Ricky Horror Imagine

Today you felt absolutely horrible. You had a bad fever and your throat was so sore. You could barely speak and your body ached whenever it moved the slightest bit. You were in your pajamas, laying down on your couch. You had spent the past few hours watching tv shows, eventually watching some movies. You had done nothing productive all day and you just felt useless. Your boyfriend Ricky was out with his band mates too, so you were all alone.
This morning you had simply woken up feeling horrible. You must have caught something from work or elsewhere. Ricky had offered to stay home with you, but you told him no. You hadn't felt as bad this morning as you did now. You sighed as your fourth movie ended. You were frustrated and tired. You just wanted to feel better.
You looked at your phone and it was time for another dose of medicine. You took your medicine and put on another movie. You tried to get your mind off of your pain, snuggling deeper into your pile of fluffy blankets and plump pillows. After a while you got a text from Ricky asking how you were doing. You told him the truth: you felt like absolute shit.
After a while you fell asleep. You slept for a long time, not even waking up once. You only woke up when you heard the front door open. You sleepily sat up, stretching. Your head was clearer and you felt a lot better. A nap was just what you needed, apparently. You rubbed your eyes, then Ricky came into the room. He was holding a large purple gift bag, smiling as he approached you.
"Hey. How are you feeling?" Ricky asks you, setting the gift bag on the table in front of you.
"A lot better now, actually. I just woke up from a nap." You tell him, running a hand through your hair.
"That's good." Ricky says, kissing your cheek.
You both smiled at each other for a few moments, then Ricky handed you the gift bag. You asked Ricky what it was and he said that it was for you. You opened the bag excitedly, immediately thanking him. Inside the bag was a single rose, a box of your favorite cookies, a charm bracelet and a get well card. You smiled widely, your eyes scanning the gifts.
"This is so sweet of you Ricky, thank you so much." You say, pulling him in for a warm hug.
After the hug, Ricky pulled you onto his lap. You held the rose in your hand, sniffing it. You put on the charm bracelet, admiring it's beauty. Each of the charms had something to do with your personality or your interests. You could tell that a lot of thought was put into it. You smiled and opened the get well card, reading it as Ricky watched.
I''m sorry you're not feeling well, my love. I hope you get feeling better soon, I hate to see you sick. I hope these gifts make you feel better, I put a lot of thought into them. Next time you're sick, don't hesitate to ask me to stay home. You mean everything to me, I'd do anything for you.
Ricky xx
You smiled as you read the letter, happiness swelling up inside you. Ricky cared so much about you and it was very evident. You loved him so much too, more than you had ever loved anyone before. You leaned your head on Ricky's shoulder and whispered into his ear.
"Thank you for this Ricky. I love you so much." You whisper.
"Don't worry about it. I love you too, Y/N." Ricky replies, his arm around you.
Ricky kisses the top of your head, stroking your hair. The two of you decided to spend the rest of the day inside. You both read for a while, then moving on to board games. After playing several board games, you decided to watch tv again. You watched Ricky's favorite show Dexter, which you loved as well. You were snuggled in your pile of blankets like earlier, but this time you weren't alone and you felt much better.
You and Ricky ate literally all of the cookies he brought for you. They were really good and you loved them. You and Ricky also had a tickle fight sometime during the day, ending with you accidentally hitting Ricky in the balls. You felt so bad, you were apologizing like crazy. Luckily Ricky just laughed it off, saying he'd "let you off the hook this time". Let's just say that you made it up to him later.
;)
