Chapter 4 The New Beginning

Only one surviver who is it?
As the only girl thinks she is all alone in a world of zombies she is wrong...

As Audrey makes her way down a dirty trail through the dark, creepy woods, she hears a noise. She quietly sneaks around trying to be as quiet as a mouse, she then pulls out her 9 millimeter pistol, hiding behind a tree waiting for the thing to get closer.
As the thing gets closer, Audrey starts to load her gun, cocking it slowly so it doesn't know shes there. The thing gets closer, Audrey whips around the tree, the gun is pointed at this kids forehead. Audrey lowers her gun slowly.
"Who are you?" Audrey asked cautiously.
"I'm Mark." Mark says frighten.
"Are you bitten?" Audrey says raising her gun back up slowly.
"No no I'm not I swear." Mark almost in tears.
Audrey puts her gun away and leads Mark to somewhere safe.
"Where are we going?" Mark asks looking around.
"Somewhere for us to sleep for the night so we don't get eaten." She says paranoid.
Mark doesn't say another word, following Audrey as they walk to a small building. Audrey opens the door and turns on the lights.
"Are you crazy?!" Mark asks out of fear.
"Relax this is the safe house." Audrey says rolling her eyes.
Audrey takes Mark to his room and opens the door for him.
Audrey says, "You will be staying in here."
"Oh alright." Mark mumbles as he walks into his room, he closes the door and lays in bed falling asleep.
