Chapter 1

*Flashback from 2 months ago*

"Hey Abby." He said, smiling at me.
"Hi Edward." I said, giving him a smile back.

"Okay students, you will be working in your table group on a math problem, then you will have to make a poster and present it." said my math teacher.

I looked at my table group: Bryan, Ashley, and Edward.

Bryan: will goof around and do nothing.

Ashley: will act like she did something.

Edward: would actually help me and we will be the only ones actually working.

I know people. Some work, some don't and take the credit.

Ms. Johnson gave us our assignment. I took it and read it. Dang this is easy. I did the problem on my notebook while my table group just looked at me. I finished the problem and went to go get some poster paper.

Bryan said, "Don't we need to do the problem before we get the poster paper?"

I responded, "Well lucky for you I already did the problem doof head."

Edward and Ashley laughed.
"Wait you already did the problem?" Asked Edward.
"Yup." I said, making the p at the end pop.

"Dang, that was like... In less than a minute." Ashley said.

"Well, she is really smart." Edward responded to her.
"I am not." I said.
Edward just said, "Mhm sure." With a smile.

I started to measure the paper and see how things will be organized. I look up and see Bryan playing with his pencil, Ashley talking to her friends in another table group, and Edward... Just watching me work.
He saw me looking him and spoke.

"You're really organized aren't you?"

"Yeah, I'm an OCD freak."

"You are? Me too."

"Wow, what a coincidence."

"Yeah. So if you want I can do the pictures if you want, since you know Bryan and Ashley weren't work on this."

"Yeah that sounds great."

I started to write the problem down on the paper. I can feel Edwards eyes on me, watching me write. I decided to break the silence that was between us.

"Is me writing something interesting?"

"Oh uh sorry, you just have really nice handwriting."

"Thanks."

"So when is this due?"

"Well Ms.Johnson said it's due tomorrow."

"We won't finish this today."

"Yeah no kidding."

"So you want to work on it after school?"

"Sure. Want to come to my house or yours?"

"Um if you want mine."

"Coolbeans."

Ms. Johnson said, "Okay guys pack up. This is due tomorrow so make sure to be ready to present that day."
The bell rang so I walked out of school, with Edward next to me.

I see Louis's car and wave at him. He sees me and stops by a curb.
Edward gets in the car and I sit in the back with him.

"Louie Bear!"

"Abby Boo!"

"Haha hey bro. This is Edward."

"Oh is he your boyfriend?" He said with a smirk on his face.

"LOUIE! No!"

I looked at Edward and he was blushing, so I blushed too of embarrassment.

"We are just working on a project Lou, so shut your Doncaster mouth."

Edward said, "You guys are from Doncaster?"

"Yeah, we moved here 4 years ago." said Louis.

"Why?"

"Because we wanted to." I responded, angry.

I didn't want to tell him that we moved because our parents died. I barely even know him.
