Alpha no more

This is how I picture Riley Ripclaw~~ Grayson Dolan!!

Riley's POV:
My men and I were running through the woods towards the Shadowthrash hunt squad territory. I wasn't exactly looking forward to seeing their alpha, because Melissa had always wanted me for her mate and always tried to get me to mate with her! She is crazy because I don't know what would make her think that I would mate with anyone other than my true mate? Like seriously!.. Anyway, my mate nor my men's mates would be in the weakest hunt squad, it was just a precaution. I would like to think that they are in the newest and recently strongest hunt squad...Blood Fang. As we arrived on the territory we were met by a not so welcome welcoming party, including Melissa herself..unfortunately. "Riley-boo!! You finally came to get me! I just knew you would realise that we were destined to mates sooner or later!"
"Umm, actually Melissa my men and I received the mating call last night and we just came to check they were not in your hunt squad.." I said nervously.
"Well it was obviously my spirit predator that sent that call so I'll just go get my stuff!"She exclaimed.
"Uhh Melissa wait no..that's not...wha" I tried to explain,
"Ruth, my loyal beta I leave the hunt squad to you, rosande cel nitana alpha. You are the alpha now." She shouted. We all felt the shift in power and now I felt really bad because I knew Melissa was not my mate and as I turned to look at my men I saw in their eyes that none of their mates were here either. " I'm sorry Melissa I tried to tell you but you're not..you're not" I stuttered.
"I'm not what Riley!"
"You're not my mate"
"WHATTTT!!!!!!" She screeched as I covered my ears,
"I tried to tell you"
"But I just passed over my title!..Ruth give it back right now!"
"I'm sorry Melissa but you have no power over this hunt squad now, for years you have ridiculed it with a bad reputation. But from now on it shall be better with me as alpha." She tried to contain her smirk.
" But I created this hunt squad!" She tried to reason.
"That matters no more"
" goodbye Melissa we will be on our way to the next hunt squad now"
"And which squad is that?"
"Ripfire hunt squad"

Arina's POV:
"They near, closer..closer..closer" my spirit predator named Rayna whispered to me. "They travel to Ripfire territory as they have already been to Shadowthrash and for some reason Melissa has stepped down as alpha and now she has no hunt squad" She informed me. That was strange. "Who is the new alpha?" I asked her,
"Her old beta Ruth, she shall be a much better alpha"
"Good" I thought.

As I came around from conferring with my spirit predator, I looked at my original members and shared a message with them..

"Just a bit longer"
