Riley's POV:
Elina led us into a large and what looked like a meeting room, with a large curtain on the back wall. Then she bowed and left us just as the curtain started to draw back. As the red velvet swept across the floor, a figure with long fiery red hair and forest green eyes stepped out. I had to admit, she was beautiful but not as beautiful as my mate will be.
"Welcome Alpha Riley Ripclaw, to the Ripfire hunt squad! My name is Alpha Jade Ripfire" She spoke confidently.
"I'm sorry to skip the small talk Alpha Jade but I'm afraid it is imperative that we find our mates, do we have permission to search your hunt squad?" I quickly questioned.
"I know that you are desperate to find your mates but I'm afraid that there is a more pressing issue to deal with first" she said. I growled at that. "What could be more important than mates?!" I shouted. "My squad outside the hunt was attacked by rogues and burnt to the ground.." She whispered.
"Oh...I'm so sorry" I tried to apologise,
"There is nothing to be done about this, my parents were killed but about 3/4 of my squad managed to get away and they are hiding, they need something to bring them together...they need their Alpha and their Luna. I believe my mate is the strongest fighter in your squad from what the seer told me, do I have permission to go to your squad to find him and take him to my squad to be my Alpha? I will of course in return send my best fighter to your squad." She pleaded. "Of course anything you need, we are allies with the Ripfire squad, it is our duty to help" I told her. "Thank you Alpha Riley! My beta will take over my hunt squad and you may scour my territory for your mates right away" She exclaimed.
"Thank you Alpha, we'll be on our way then" I nodded in respect and then we left to find our mates.
"Soon Riley, she is near" my spirit predator called out to me, I only hope he is right.

Arina's POV:
We had heard of the news of the death of the Alpha and Luna of the Ripfire squad. This meant that Alpha Jade would be leaving the hunt to find her mate...speaking of mates, ours were drawing nearer. All we had to do was sit and wait, as an Alpha I had to act calm and collected for my hunt squad but inside I couldn't keep quiet. I felt alive and I couldn't wait to see his gorgeously handsome face and luscious body, to smell his intoxicating scent, to hear his sexy voice, to feel his loving touch and to taste his delicious lips..oh god I'm going to burst.
"Soon we will be with him, not long now. We will do all that and more" my spirit predator called out to me. I only hope she is right.
