Andy softly sighed as she was deep in thought. The book on her hands forgotten. She couldn't help but wonder what happened between Aaron and herself. That warm feeling when she saw Aaron smiling at her. She couldn't pin down what the feeling was due to the way her family 'raised' her.
Andy was brought out of her thoughts by someone squeezing her hip. Her head snapped in the direction of the perpetrator to find Jerome. Of course it was Jerome he was the one after all who threatened everyone about touching her with out her permission due to a bit of her past story she told the ginger.
"What's the matter doll? You seem at edge" Jerome asked with his insane smile. His hand slipped on top of the raven head's hand as his other gently rubbed her hip with his thumb in a circular motion.
Andy stared into his eyes, shocked of his gentleness towards her but of course she had difficulty showing it. She didn't know or ever thought that he had this level of gentleness in him at all.
After a while of silence the raven head laid her head on to the ginger's shoulder with a soft sigh. She brought her free hand up to trace the ginger's pale skin, finding it smooth against her touch. She slowly slipped her fingers down Jerome's jaw line to his neck. Her fingers froze as she felt his pulse raising. She slid her palm on the ginger's chest, on top of his heart feeling his rapid heart beat.
Jerome opened his mouth to ask his question again but was cut off by the raven head's gentle and soft touch. His breath hitched in his throat surprised by her touch since the girl had never touched him due to her discomfort of her past. He had imagined what it would be like but he never knew that she would be this gentle and that it would make him crave for more. His eyes shut wanting to focus on the raven head touches, savouring as much as he could. His felt a shiver down his spine every time the girl's breath hit his pale skin.
Andy looked up at the ginger finding his eyes closed. His face relaxed making him look as if he is at peace. Andy didn't want to break his peace but curiosity got the best of her. "Jerome?" She asked, receiving a hum in reply. "Are you scared of me?" She asked, watching his eyes snap open at her question.
Jerome looked down at her finding her green eyes staring into his own as she waited patiently for his answer. "Why are asking?" He questioned as his hand stopped rubbing her knuckles and hip.
Andy wondered if she said something wrong to make the ginger react this way as her eyes studied his. "Your heart beat" she said as she tapped his chest, above his heart. "It's beating really fast... If it isn't fear what is it that you are feeling?" She asked in curiosity.
Jerome stared at the girl for a few seconds, remembering that she didn't know other emotions other than anger and fear. A smile, an insane smile, appeared on his lips as he answered the girl's question. "I think it's-" but was cut off by a feminine voice across the room.
They both turned to find Barbara sitting in between Aaron and man. Another two men sat across the waving blonde.
"Hey! Girl! Why don't you come join us?" Barbara called with a smile, hoping the raven head would say yes.
Jerome glared at the blonde then looked down at Andy, his eyes soften as he saw and felt her push closer to him as she looked at the three men which are unknown to her. "You don't have to if you don't want to" the ginger whispered again shocking the raven head by the level of his soft and gentle voice.
Andy dropped her gaze to the colourless floor, thinking what does she want to do? She thought a moment of her past making her want to get over one of her fears. Her fear of men in groups.
"Please~!" Barbara begged, wanting at least one female with her instead of her being the only female in the group. "I promise they don't bite...well most of them" she said with a little smirk. "And I'm sure that ginger will protect you"
Andy felt her heart warm thinking of someone finally being there for her and be there to protect her. She looked up at Barbara for a moment then moved her gaze at Jerome. She stared at them for a while, thinking if she really did want this. After a few seconds she nodded at the male, confirming that she does want to go and meet them.
Jerome looked at her concerned but nodded any ways. He released his hold on her and she did the same much to his dislike, already missing her warmth and touch. He promised himself that he will find away to get her to touch him or at least hold his hand. He will find away.
Andy stood up next to Jerome then took a hand full of his sleeve making sure that he was really there and that this isn't a dream.
They both walked together to the table causing a wide smile to appear on Barbara's lips. Jerome was first to take a sit then Andy slowly followed, hesitantly sitting next to Jerome an...whoever the man was called.
They all sat there for a few minutes of silence as the unknown men stared at the raven head girl. The silence wasn't helping Andy's...fear to falter neither did their stares. "Aren't you going to introduce your friend to us, Jerome?" the man with a cigarette between his lips asked, breaking the silence.
An insane smile appeared on Jerome's lips at the question, moving his eyes from the man to the female raven head. "This is the lovely Andy Waterhouse. MY girl" he replied making sure it was crystal clear that Andy had him and he had her. "Andy this is Richard Sionis, Arnold Dobkins and Robert Greenwood. I believe you know the other two" he said, introducing each character as he pointed at the person.
Andy looked at each one of them as she replied their names making sure that she wouldn't forget them. She gave them a little wave receiving a child like grin from Aaron, a nod from Richard and a "Nice to meet you dear", a crazy smile from Arnold, a stare from Robert as he licked his lips from the sight of her and lastly a flirtatious wink from Barbara as she seductively bit her lips.
'This is going to be interesting'
