Present. 10 years later.
Everyone was nagging me on again! Come on people! I seriously do not like girls that never age, looming over me and telling me to do something. My ears were laying against my skull, as I tried to convince them to leave me alone with my signature foxy-woxy face. My had sat on my paws, and I seriously did not like people waking me up so yearly in the morning.
"Come on Aldoni! Is 6 p.m.! Most of the Hunt have already began moving south!" Thalia shouted at me, and I didn't even budge. She grabbed my pen from the chain that it hung on around my neck. I yipped, obviously showing signs that I want it back.
I don't wanna go!
"Too bad! You already slept past moving time! Now ,hurry up!"
Man....quite the affection us gods get now-a days. Well, just look at Apollo! He's obviously too boy-band/surfer boy like! He adapts too easily.
"Lady Artemis!" Thalia shouted. Before Arty could appear, I sprang to all fours, and I began walking ahed of Thalia. Luckily, she never did appear. Thalia snickered behind me, and I couldn't help but speed farther ahead of everyone. Why does Arty have to keep this little solo-hunt of hers away from us? She was moving north, and left us all alone under the command of Thalia, to go to a surprise place. I sighed. Not much good surprises come from Thalia.
"Hey, fur ball! You passed camp!" Someone shouted.
Me, completely lost in thought, just continued walking. But, I stopped once a tip of an arrow nipped my ear.
"Here boy! Here, Aldoni!"
*Anonymous head mumbles*
"I heard that!" Thalia shouted. Whoops. Accidents happen! I turned around and ran towards the camp, and everyone was already gathered around the campfire. Immedeatley, something sprang to mind.
Gather round the campfire, and sing a campfire song!
Everyone gave a small smile. Come on people. I was the Joker! Ever since I had arrived, I've been slowly making these bi-polar-man people crack up every once and awhile. I also played a huge part in protecting them from monsters that hid in the woods. But, just like Zeus burst my bubble of joy, Thalia gave us important news.
"Well, girls, and fox. We've had strict orders from Artemis to hide out in a special place until she returns from her solo hunt, along with keeping it safe from monsters as well, for a Great War seems to be bubbling to the surface once more."
A brunette, Belle Ingins, raised her hand, and asking the question that came to mind for everyone circled around Thalia.
"Were exactly are we going?"
"Well..... Were going to......Camp Olympus."
Wait....what's Camp Olympus? Thank god she decided to answer.
"Camp Olympus is a merged camp for both Greek and Roman demigods to join up in. The Romans and Greeks can both decide on which they want to live with the quadrant, or in their cabins along with their siblings. They are allowed to cycle around as much as needed, but the place is just basically just a bigger, tougher, smarter Camp Half-Blood." I gulped. This is not going to end very well.
"I'm sorry, Aldoni, but it's just-"
I know....I know....
"You understand?"
Yeah, but just pass a message to Arty for me.
Thanks A lot, Captain Kill-Joy.
"I'd rather not."
Fine.
I finally began to see my surroundings. We sat in a large path of wood, campfire barely illuminating it, and torches shone beautifully in millions of different colors in the valley below us.
"As you all can see..." Thalia said while pointing at the camp below.
"We have already reached our destination. Be prepared for our departure west tommorow, straight towards Camp Olympus."
Well.....there's one thing I should look up to that I haven't recognized for quite some time. My eleven year old little brother, would be waiting for me in the Poseidon cabin, all alone, with the frequent visitor of his older, Clyclops brother, Tyson.
Am I psychic or is it just godly senses? Because right off the bat....I know this isn't going to go very well, kindling like mixing kiwi and banana cool-aid, with a pound of honey. Trust me....It's bound to be an concoction worth tears of both joy and sadness.
