"So you sure you aren't coming for the concert??"Manik asked her again because he wasn't convinced yet.

Both got up & settled down on a couch placed under a shed.

"Ha baba.. i am going to club.. vo my friend Vivan is celebrating his birthday so we all are going with them.. and last day over here soo.."Nandini casually answered him.

He frowned a little that he came all over here for her & she isn't wven bothered to come for HIS CONCERT.

"Okay.."He said & stomping his foot, got down from couch & again dipping his feet in swim he sat down.

"Ohh shit..!! gussa ho gaya lagta hai.. aayiappa kahi jyada to nai bol diya na.. shit... ja beta baat kar le.. isse Pehle vo naraz na ho jaye.."Nandini thought, bite her tongue in guilt & went behind him.

He was sitting on the ledge of swimming area, dipping his feets in it & playing with pebbles placed on the side table.

"Manik.."she called him & tip toed towards him.

He didn't responded. She stood next to him & patted his back to call him. He saw her & again turned his face..

"Oye Mr.Grumpy.."Nandini again teased him.

"Bolo.. khadi kyu ho.."Manik replied her.

"Kyaa.. why this grumpy look.. angry bird ho kya?" Nandini mocked him & giggled.

He stood up & said, "Neither am Grumpy nor am Angry Bird.. samjhi Miss. Irritator.."Manik too retorded her with same accent like she did.

"Haaww..."she covered her mouth with palms & made an angry pout.

He chuckled & crossed her to leave, but because of his little push & water scattered near the ledge, she tripped & was about to fall in water she yelled, "MAANNII..."

He immediately turned & held her hand to protect her from falling. She closed her eyes & he was holding her wrist (unwounded shoulder), she was half on the floor & half in the air.

"Open your eyes nandu.."Manik said in a low voice & she did. "You're safe.."saying this he pulled her towards him & she banged on his chest. Some electrifying current passed through their spine.

"Thank you for saving me.."She whispered & hugged him in a next moment.

He too hugged her equally, wrapping her in his strong arms & said, "Do you think I'll ever let you fall??"

She broke the hug, he then kept his hands on her waist & she nodded in no with a smile. He put her hair strands behind her ears & said, "uum... ek baat to btao.."

"Pucho.."she replied with a smile.

"Umm.. Vo kal raat maine kuch pucha tha.. uska answer ab tak nahi mila.. toh kyaa tum.." He said stroking her hair strands & she was hearing him carefully, she then blushed on his last sentence.

"I di..din't g...get y..you.."she stammered & tried to get out from his grip.

But he tighten his grip & said, "Aachaaa..."he smirked & replied her.

"Mera Answer dena jaruri hai madam.. and otherwise.."he replied her amusingly to tease her.

"Otherwise wat.."She too played along with him.

"Ahh.. so i have this huge Female fan following out there.. so if you.. i meann.. they will answer me to my question before i ask them.. you know.. they just loveeee meeee..."Manik pulled her closer & took her left hand & playing with her fingers he said.
