[Chief's P.O.V)
Soon enough, we had landed at the Great Hall, and just as Astrid had said, my mother stood patiently next to the door with Cloud jumper, her Stormcutter. She smiled when she saw me.

I hopped off Toothless, and walked over to her, rotating my shoulders as I did so.
"You okay?" She asked, patting my shoulder.
"Yeah. I'm fine. Are you? Astrid said you needed to see me" I said, looking around for anything destroyed or wrecked.
"Oh! Everything's fine. I just needed to get you up here without you making a fuss"
"OooooooKkkkkaaaaaaayyyyy"
"You, sir. Are taking a break."
"What? No. The village needs me here. The Cheif doesn't just walk out."
"What am I? Chopped boar liver? I'll take care of the village while you're gone." She laughed.
"No. I don't think you're chopped boar liver- that's disgusting anyway- I just CAN'T ask that of you, mom. That would make me the worst son ever."
"It's no trouble really. Just go, take a breather. Even if it's just an hour. Take. A. Break" She pushed me towards Toothless.
"Alright." I made my way towards Toothless, then turned to her." You're sure? You want to do this?"
"Oh, my! You sound just like your father. YES! I'm sure. Now go!" She laughed again, giving me a push.
"Alright. I'm going!" I raised my hands in surrender, then hopped on Toothless, who took off right when I got on.
