Your Parents find out (Grayson)

"Come on." He begged through the phone. Grayson didn't like keeping your relationship a secret. He wanted everyone to know you and him loved each other. He was trying to convince you to tell your parents about the two of you, but you knew that Grayson wasn't exactly the type of boy your parents wanted for you.
"I'll tell them, when the time comes." You hesitated. You didn't like the fact that you couldn't tell your parents about your relationship with Grayson.

"You always say that babe." He was trying to be nice about it, but you knew he was bothered by it. You sighed.

"Fine. I'll call you later, I have practice. I love you." You whispered through the phone.

"Okay. Bye, love you." He sighed and hung up.

You changed into your soccer uniform and went downstairs.

"Who was that on the phone?" Your dad lifted his eyebrows suspiciously.

"A friend." You said not being able to lie to his face.

"I'm pretty sure you don't say I love you to just a friend." He laughed. "Who's the lucky boy?"

Your eyes widened, he knew and he was laughing. You knew as soon as you said Grayson's name, he would freak out. But you were tired, you loved Gray and that's all that mattered.

"Grayson." You smiled relieved.

Your father nodded slowly. "Ask him to come over for dinner. I'd like to get to know him, and his intentions with my daughter."

You called Grayson and told him your parents knew.
"You told them? Wow. What should I wear? I hope he likes me, what if he doesn't? Do you think he will?" He was going ballistic.

You laughed at his childishness.
"Just be you." You told him and reminded him to wear shirt.

Your parents ended up loving Grayson, especially your mom. He offered to help with the dishes and he asked your dad if he could talk to him privately.

He told your dad how much he loved you and was completely honest about his intentions. Your father admired him for that.

It took him a while, but Grayson grew on your father and before you knew it, your dad knew he was the one.
