You and your darling BF Zayn had been together for 3 years, 10 months now. Both of you just loved each other tons and tons. Zayn was secretly planning to surprise you with a proposal, but you had no idea.
"Hey babe!" Zayn called.
"Hmm?" you reply.
"I'm going to go out with my sister to get stuff for our anniversary! And yes, I know it hasn't been 4 years yet, but better to start early than to panic, no?" Zayn explained.
"Okay, I'll get the place nice and tidy :P" you reply. Zayn left with his sister to buy stuff. You spent about 2 hours cleaning the house, making it spic and span. Once it was pretty sparkly, you went to the salon and got Zayn his favorite hair products (he's quite obsessed with his hair, as you found out once when your shampoo was gone in one day after buying it). After getting his hair products, you went to the store to get his favorite flowers (which were carnations) and some other sweets.
*WHEN YOU AND ZAYN ARE AT THE DINNER TABLE*
You prepared it all out to make it a wonderful evening, and enjoyed dinner (courtesy of Zayn). You and Zayn talked about random things until you two were finished with dinner.
"I'll bring the plates into the kitchen," you offer. Zayn let you go into the kitchen and let you wash the dishes. After washing them, you went to your room to get your gifts for Zayn. When you came back into the dining room, it was dimmed and the carnations had company: the roses. Classical music was playing. You placed your gifts on the table and started to say something. Before you could though, Zayn was already on one knee. You gasped.
"Abbie, even though we've had our fights and our fallings, that's still what makes a couple. For 3 years, 10 months, and counting, I can't imagine going one day without you. Abbie, will you marry me? I want to be with you for the rest of my life." Zayn was....proposing. Oh MAI GAWD. I couldn't say no for an answer.
"YES! YES YES YES YES YES YES!!!!" you cried happily. Zayn slid the ring onto your finger, stood up, and pulled you into the longest kiss that went for seconds, maybe minutes, hours, days even :)
