"Omg Jas what happened why did everything pop off like that ?"  

"Girl you're not going to believe it but Chase is back in town and they had a massive shootout. Drew saw him and bumped into him the next thing I know Chase pulled out his gun and shot him the shoulder. It all happened so fast Drew fell but he shot back. Immediately I started to look for you guys and saw Cortez go out the back so I pulled the car in the back."

" What the hell I got to call Drew and see if he okay I know we not together anymore but I still care about his well being."

"No you're not", Cortez said appearing at the door.

"What are you crazy Tez I got to at least check up on him"

"No the hell you don't ! You guys are not together so you are not obligated to run everytime he calls or you feel he needs you " , he said getting mad letting his nose flare up.

"Okay Cortez damn just take me to his house so I can check up on him at least. I hope you're not getting jealous because we're not together", I say getting off the bed walking towards him putting my arms around his neck.

"Stop it Miyah you know I had feelings for you the day you walked through the door you're the one not pushing the issue."

"Okay but Mia told us we couldn't plus you're popular im not, now how would that make you look ?"

"Amiyah I don't give a damn what people think about me or how it would make me look. All I know is that I like you a lot and want to give us a chance", he says looking me in the eyes closing the gap between us.

"Okay Tez but don't hurt me and we have to tell Mia about us no ifs ands or buts about it. Right now can we go see if Drew is okay please ?"

"Uugh okay whatever you say Miyah but we go see if he's okay and we leaving up out that bitch and I'm not playing either."

I just smirked cause he was really jealous and it really makes me happy that he care. "Okay bae we don't even have to stay long" , I say while standing on my tippy toes and kiss him on the cheek.

"Jas can you take us please , I'll owe you one girl"

"No need I got you"

"Okay come on", I say while going down the stairs and heading to the door.
