Anakin walked next to Almeta as they made their way to the Jedi Temple.

"If you don't mind, Almeta, may I ask of you have had any experiences with the Jedi?" He asked her.

She looked down at the shiny floor of the corridor as they walked. "I haven't, Master."
Master.

The way Anakin felt when she called him that made her cringe.

"I'll be honest with you since I can feel you're nervous. No one has ever called me Master before you came here."
"How do you know I'm nervous, Master Skywalker?" She asked.
"Because I can sense it. . . The force is strong in me. I suppose it's because they say I'm the chosen one."

Her brown eyes met his, causing him to look away quickly. It scared him at how similar they were to Padmé's.

"You are?"

Anakin shrugged. "They seem to not trust me. I've had a barbaric past here." He admitted.
"No offense to them, but I think you have a great reputation so far, Master."

A smile appeared on his face. "Thank you."

Arriving to the temple, Anakin had Almeta follow him to a chamber on the floor.

"I assume you don't have a lightsaber yet." He said, looking at her.
She stood awkwardly, fumbling with her hands. "I don't."
Anakin chuckled, sliding open a glass door. "It's your lucky day."

Anakin heard her let out a shaky breath as he lifted the metal hilt of a lightsaber with his hand; that was hidden by my glove. "Forgive me, Master. I know it's not the Jedi way for me to show emotion."

He pressed my lips into a firm line. "I think hiding your emotions is absurd."

After a moment of silence, he exhaled through his nostrils. "This is your lightsaber."
Anakin placed it into her hand, and she examined it. He watched as her trembling hands twisted it around.

"Try it."

He took a step back, allowing her to turn it on. The heated light reflected off of  their eyes as she moved it around slowly.

She flinched slightly as Anakin pulled his own out, turning it on.

"Don't let your nerves take your mind over. That's one way that leads you to the path to darkness."
She nodded.

Anakin lifted his lightsaber, and pressed it to hers. She blinked a few tomes as the sound of screeching filled their ears.

"Master?"
Anakin looked at her. "Yes?"

"Thank you. . . For teaching me. If I had any of the others, I don't think they would understand my situation and feelings."

Anakin sighed quietly and sent her a faint smile.
"You're welcome, Almeta. From five minutes of training, you're the best Padawan I've had."
They both chuckled quietly, and Anakin watched as soft dimples carved into her cheeks.

"We will meet here everyday until further notice. Master Windu has you an apartment near by."

She lifted her brows. "Really?"
Anakin nodded. "Most Jedi's get an apartment as soon as they start training."
"So, you have an apartment?"
He nodded. "Not far from here, also."

He placed his saber back onto it's holder on his belt. "Wasn't much today, but from now on, we're going to be working on your defense and blocking. You may rest for tomorrow."

She nodded before bowing in front of him. "Thank you, Master."

As much as it made him happy to be considered a Master for once, it was awfully weird. Anakin is always known as "Young Skywalker" or just Anakin.

He stood there frozen as she walked towards the open doors. He massaged his temples as she did so, leaving Anakin to his own thoughts.
