Empire is about a guy named Lucious Lyon who has 3 children named Jamal Lyon, Hakeem Lyon and Andrea Lyon. And his wife named Cookie. Lucious has a multi million dollar music company called Empire. Cookie his wife has just been let out of prison and wants to get half of her company back.
