Chapter 4 *The One*

Harry POV

I had come down to see what Louis was doing because I needed some help. As I got to the door, Louis and Sky had their backs away from me talking. I was going to leave until I heard my name in their conversation.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Sky actually likes me back! I never thought she would because of what happened with her and Niall. But what if she doesn't trust me knowing my reputation. I have changed. I've changed for Skylar.

"You, you like me?" I asked sounding a bit nervous. The both turned around quickly, obviously not knowing I was there.

"You heard all of that?" Sky said sounding embarrassed.

"Yeah kinda. Lou can I please talk to Sky on my own?" he just got up and went to the games room.

What am I going to say? Help me!

Before I could finish thinking about what I was going to say it was like I had word vomit (Mean girls :D) I started confessing everything.

"Sky. I've like you for a while now but I didn't know if you liked me back. I didn't want to say anything as it might of ruined out friendship and I never wanted that. With what happened with you and Niall and my reputation with girls, I didn't want to hurt you. But Skylar, you have changed me. You make me want to settle down with that one girl, you. I haven't been on a date for the 3 months I've been getting close to you. Doesn't that show you I have changed? Sky, I really like you and, well I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date with me, tonight at 7?"

She just looked at me. She didn't say anything but straddled her legs around my waist, twisted her hands in my curls, then did something I've wanted to do for so long. She kissed me! I felt fireworks and I had butterfly's in my stomach. I knew from right there, she was the one for me.

Once we finished kissing to take a breath, she rested her head on mine.

"I take that as a yes then? I asked her. She started giggling. Which is so cute by the way.

"Yeah, so where are we going? I need to know what to wear." she asked me, staring at me with those big brown eyes.

"It's a surprise, I'm going to get Zayn to come round. He will know where were going and will help you get ready. I'm gonna go and make some phone call's for tonight." I gave her a kiss and got up.

Skylar's POV

I can't believe im going on a date with Harry tonight. I have to find Louis.

I run into the kitchen to find Louis. I jump on his back and kiss his cheek.

"Someone's in a happy mood, tell me what happened!" I jumped down so I was facing him.

"Well basically, I've got a date, tonight at 7! Zayn is coming round to help me get ready!" I was jumping around like a fool, good job Harry was taking phone calls and didn't see me.

"That's really good babe! hate to burst ya bubble, but what's Niall gonna say or think?"

I've never thought about Niall in this. I mean, he's my ex-boyfriend. Ex being the best word. Why should I care what Niall thinks?

"I don't care about what Niall thinks, he' my ex and for what he did to me, I don't really think about him. Why should I? He obviously wasn't thinking about me when he kissed that SHUT!" I just walked away. I didn't want to talk to Niall or even about him.

I ran Liam to tell him about me and Harry

"Hey Sky what's up?"

"I have something to tell you but don't get mad okay?"

"Okay, what's happened?"

"Well I've got a date tonight. But before I tell you who, I really think he has changed. He hasn't been on a date or had a one night stand in like 3 months! That sound's like a changed me doesn't it?"

"Yes, now tell me who."

"Harry Styles."

There was a awkward silence.

"Liam, you still there?"

"Yeah, I'm still here Sky. To be honest I'm not very happy about this, but I will just have to talk to him when I see him. Were all coming round later anyway so see you then."

"Love you Liam. Bye"

"Love you too Sky." I put the phone down.
