Dipper POV

I spend the couple of hours just cleaning up the bar. Boy these fried people sure know how to make a mess of things. Then finally the bar opened in the afternoon. I sat at the bar, taking a break.

"How are you doing dude?" I turn around and saw Soos. He is around to fix things; luckily I don't have to do the job. "Nothing much." I reply. Soos was a fella who works here to fix things around. He used to be a fighter but then he got into this accident and was able to fight any more so he work at a job here.

"What's eating you Dipper?" Soos asks. I sigh, "The usual." Soos sat next to me. "Cake sniffers that are after Mabel? You tried to be the big shot and everything just fell apart." "Yep." I agreed. Soos grab my shoulder, "Don't worry. Things will work out. Hey maybe I can teach you a few moves to throw a few hits so you don't get those bruises." Soos touches my temple and I wince.

You don't need those lessons. I can teach you.

Well Soos can teach me. He was a fighter before.

Well that has been years since he fight. I'm a big shot mobster. When I was born the first thing that my father taught me was how to fight. Trust me on this partner.

I-I don't know.

Just trust me on this partner. Let the mobster teach you how to fight like a mobster.

I shook my head, "Thanks Soos but I got a lot of things to do." Soos shook his head, "I'm sure that we can do something."

"There's people around." I pointed out.

"We can do it in the back." Soos reply.

Get rid of him. He is getting too pushy.

Well maybe I can learn a few things from him, when you aren't around to be put in.

I will always be there for you partner. You don't need him.

Well I think I can learn a few things.

"Alright Soos," I smiled. Soos gave a smile.

Like I said before I could teach you.

Will I remember everything that you do to my body?

Nothing.

I don't think so.

Then me and Soos headed to the back. "Alright youngster, so what do you already know?" Soos asks. I shrug, "A hit." Soos took off his cap, "Alright, hit my cap. I just want to see how you hit, doesn't matter how hard I just want to see your form."

Soos held up his cap in front of him and held it tight. "Don't hit hard just show me your form." I nod. I then threw a hit to the cap. "No you are thinking too much about power Dipper. It isn't all about the power. If you have a good form then it is strong then with the power the whole hit is extra powerful. For a first time though is pretty good but you are thinking why too much about power."

I nod. Then Soos hand me his cap. "Hold it in front of you, and I'll show you." I nod and I did what Soos did and I held it in front of me. Then Soos threw a punch which hit me hard on the chest, knocking the breath out of me. "Oh I'm sorry dude!" Soos said, "Like I said it is all how you hit and I wasn't really trying." I saw that Soos was rubbing his wrist as I was gasping for breath.

He's hurt. No wonder he left. My guess be broken both of his wrists and never gotten them fix properly. It happens when you are poor. That is why you want to be a mobster so you can be rich with dough and all the dolls.
