The unexpected

In one of New York's hotels that was owned by Lou's parents. Anabella, Maria and Lou was waiting for Drake, Mike, Pierre and Elias to arrive.

"What's taking them so long!?" Maria asked taking a sip from her glas of wine.

"Elias can you please call them? I didn't bring my phone with me!" Anabella said.

"Why? Where's your phone? Did someone stole it? Do you know who? Have you contacted the police, CIA, FBI, Secret Service, Coast Guard..." Lou began rambling nonstop.

"Just shut up, Lou!" Anabella hissed non finding it funny. "I don't have my phone with me becase I don't want to talk to Alisha! I mean what if she calls me and want to know where I am? I can't lie to her...." She said looking down.

"Good job Anabella! We all know that it's very difficult for you to keep a secret in you stomach" Maria said with laughter in her voice "I mean if Alisha asked you, you definitely would have told her that we're planning her surprise party!"

"Yeah... And all our planning for her birthday will just...OH look, there they are " Lou's exclaimed pointing toward the entrance of the restaurant where The boys were entering.

"Finally, it was about time!" Anabella said standing up to greet her boyfriend.

"Sorry babe!" Mike said giving a little peck in Anabella lips before taking a seat beside her.

"Yeah sorry Anna!" Drake said looking apologetic.

"Sorry my ass, we are just 30 minutes late!" Pierre stated taking a seat beside Elias while Maria and Anabella were looking angry at him.

"Exactly, 30 minutes late not JUST 30 minutes late you asshole. Do you know how much time is that. I mean I could do so many things in this 30minutes of my life but no I had to wait for you because your a jerk that doesn't care for anybody" Anabella yelled at Pierre looking deatly!

"Babe calm down" Mike tried to calm her. "Don't make a scene, everyone is looking!"

"Pierre say sorry to her!" Drake stated sitting down beside Maria and looking towards the menù.

"But..!" He began protesting.

"Pierre!!!" Lou, Maria and Mike exclaimed.

"Ok, ok!" He said with raised arms. " Sorry for the lateness mademoiselle Anabelle!"

"You're forgiven, but don't ever make me wait again Pierre. You know I hate tardiness!" Anabella said while Pierre mainly, just nodded his head.

"Alright guys, now listen up!" Maria said clapping her hands together to gather everybody's attention.

The next hour they went through all the details, from the venue to the presents for Alisha's 23rd birthday next Friday!

By the end of it they were exhausted and began the preparations to go home when all of a sudden their attention turn towards a girl wearing a black strapless dress, looking elegant, as she went towards a table in the VIP area, with a very handsome man wearing a black tuxedo. Just by looking at him you could understand that he's all about business.

The reason behind why they were staring at the man and at the girl with mouth agape was because she was nobody than their best friend Alisha!

"Who is he? and what is he doing with my girlfriend?" Drake questioned looking deathly towards the man.

"I think the real question is: why is Alisha with him?!" Lou stated looking towards the girl that was now out the their view.
