Doug, Dopey's son, showed us to our dorm rooms. Jay was with Carlos and Mal had Evie. I was alone. Evie told me that I was welcome in their room any time, but I would rather be by myself. We all met up in Carlos and Jay's room to find out where the wand was. I sat at the small table with Evie.
"What are you doing?" Mal asked Jay as he stood over a pile of things he had stolen.
"Stealing. It's kinda like buying whatever I want, except it's free," he replied. I snickered.
"Okay, or you could just leave all this stuff here and pick it up when we take over the world!" she said with a fake squeal.
"You sound just like your mom," Evie gasped.
"Thanks!"
"Do I have to remind everyone why we're here?" Mal asked when Jay started playing a game that Carlos had started.
"Fairy Godmother, blah blah blah. Magic wand, blah blah blah," Jay laughed.
"This is our one chance to prove to our parents that we are evil and ruthless and cruel," Mal retorted. That wiped the smile right off my face...
