START YOUR ENGINES: THE CHUNIN EXAM BEGINS!

"It's time to begin. I'm Ibiki Morino, your proctor and from this moment your worst enemy" a man with his face covered with old wounds and scars smirked." First, you candidates from the village hidden in the sound! Knock it off! Who told you, you could fight! You want to be failed before we even begin?!" Ibiki Sensei stated pointing at the sound ninjas." Sorry, it's our first time. Guess we're a little jumpy, sir" the bandaged sound ninja said turning to look at Ibiki.

Ibiki smirked turning to look at the rest of the participants "I'll say this once so listen up! There will be no combat between candidates, no attacking each other without the permission of your Proctor and even then the use of fatal force is strictly prohibited! Anyone who even thinks of messing with me will be disqualified immediately, got it!" The room went silent until the sound ninja with spiky hair smirked and turned around, saying "No fatal force? That's no fun" that made all the jounin and Chunin behind Ibiki smirked.

"Now, if your ready! We'll continue with the Chunin exam. Hand over your paperwork and in return you will each be given a number, this number determines where you will sit. Well start the written exam once your all seated" Ibiki explained holding up a piece of paper with the number one on it.

"The what?.... Did he say?.... Written?.... Noooooo! Not a Written Test!! No Way!" Naruto panicked, You looked at him and chuckled 'Poor Naruto, just wait till you look at the test' "Shade, (M/N)" Ibiki started as you both turned to him "Oh hey Ibiki" Shade nervously smiled." What are you two doing here?" Ibiki asked "Well, I heard you were their first Proctor so we came to wish our team good luck. Since they'll need it" you answered grumpily "And also my father has recommended us to the exam... Do we have to do the written test even though we did it like the last time?" Shade asked "So you two finally have a team, well we'll see how they do but no you two don't have two do it. Now take your leave until you get called again to the next part of the exam begins" Alright" Shade said and you nodded. You both walked towards Naruto and placed a hand on his shoulders "Good luck Naruto, we're sure you'll make it to the second round and see you three there" you both said at the same time then turning to leave. You and Shade decided to split ways, you heading home and Shade to find Kakashi somewhere. Shade looked down at her hand that had blue chakra all around it.' Hope you don't mind me taking some of your chakra Naruto'

Shade walked around the village heading towards the assigned building where she was supposed to meet Kakashi
'They should be going over the rules by now. What were they again?.... The first one was the point thing where you start with ten points and every question you get wrong you get a point taken away. The second one was....oh right! It was that each team will pass or fail based on the total score of all three team members' Shade chuckled 'Sakura must be freaking out by now.... The last rule was about the sentinels that are placed around the room. The sentinels are there to keep track on anyone who is cheating and if they are caught cheating five times the examiner as well as his whole team are disqualified' Shade thought.

'Ok,OK relax. I know I'll do alright and Sasuke should be fine so even if Naruto gets a zero, if we do well enough we should survive this' Sakura thought closing her eyes to think." One more thing, if any candidate should get a zero and fail the test then the entire team fails" Ibiki stated only to make Sasuke and Sakura panic 'T-they're going to kill me' Naruto thought, scared.

"The final question won't be given out until 15 minutes before the end of the testing period" Ibiki continued as Naruto looked up at him surprised "You'll have one hour total"

The clock ticked and once it hit 3:30 Ibiki yelled "Began!" Every candidate turned their test over reading and writing down the answers to the questions.' Ok, focus Sakura focus, this is where you show your stuff. Just don't blow it Naruto, get at least one of them right' Sakura thought looking at Naruto who was a couple of seats in front of her." Tsk. Aw man, this doesn't look good. He's just sitting there, he's gonna choke' Sasuke thought looking up at Naruto who was five rows in front of him.
