"Don't worry you won't fall just hold on to me!" Patrice said.
You haven't gone skating for 15 years, yet your boyfriend, NHL superstar Patrice Bergeron convinced you to go skating with him.
You stuttered as you first stepped on the ice.
You grabbed onto Patrice and started going in circles.
"Don't worry babe, step by step. Go slowly" Patrice said.
You tensed up but slowly relaxed after 20 minutes of skating around the rink.
You decided to speed up and go on your own.
Skating slowly started getting back to you.
You began taking sharp turns and stops.
"Hey Patrice, look what I can do" you said preparing to hockey stop.
Patrice got your attention and smiled.
"Okay let's see what you got" he said.
You glided down the ice and decided to stop. Instead of making a sharp stop, you spun around and fell on your butt.
You yelped in pain but started laughing. Patrice started laughing as well and helped you up.
"I say we should take a break and go grab some coffee?" Patrice said.
You grinned.
"Yeah I think we should" you said biting your lip.
