You just met Brad a couple of weeks ago and your were dating. But you were scared to tell him that you had a child.

You were 22, living alone and had a child. But it wasn't your child, it was your sisters.

Your sister had past away 4 months ago, in a plane crash. She left a beautiful 2 year old boy, that had no place to go to since his father had left them.

It was either leaving the child to go to a orphanage or taking it into custody.

You just couldn't let Ethan go to an orphanage. You felt like it was your duty to take care of him.

Now it was your turn, trying to tell Brad.

"God what is he gonna think? He's probably never going to even talk to me. He doesn't even want a child in his life right now." You thought to your self

That night you invited Brad over for dinner.

The door bell rang at 7:03 and you went to open it.

"Hi /your name\!" Brad said.

"Hey Brad!" You responded back, hugging him.

He walked over to the kitchen, where the Ethan was.

He paused.

"Wait you have a child?" Marchy asked in confusion.

"Yes. Buts it's not like that" I said nervously.

"Then what?" He said.

"It's it's adopted. But it's my family. This is my sisters son, but she passed away a couple of months back. She left her beautiful son behind and I had to take custody of him. I couldn't just let him go into a orphanage" I responded back.

Brad was confused for a while but then smiled.

"Your an inspiration" Brad exclaimed making me laugh.

Brad walked over to Ethan and started playing with him.

"I think I would be a good father for this boy eh?" Brad asked.

I smiled at how beautifully they got along.

The whole night, Brad was circling around Ethan and playing with him.

"If you can't tell, I really like kids" he said smiling.

"It's nice to see that Brad. Thank you so much for doing this. I love you" I responded.

"I love you too, and btw I'm not doing this for you, I'm doing it for Ethan. I know how tough it might be for him and I know that he needs some kind of father-like person in his life" Brad said.

"Thank you so much" you mouthed back to him, as he continued to play with Ethan.
