What you'll need:
• A sky with no rain/snow
• A clear mind
• Focus
• Feeling
• A voice
1) Go outside when its not raining or snowing. (It can be anytime)
2) Clear your mind of any worries.
3) Put your hands up in the air and say this 3 times with focus and feeling:
"Godess of weather, hear my plea. Oh great one, send a rainstorm to me. Fire, earth, wind, and sea. So mote it be!
-within 5 minutes, it should start to take effect-
Note: If you do this spell WHILE ots raining or snowing, it will have no effect.
