Emma's POV

Killian and I sit down on the couch. He takes my hand as I take a deep breath.
"You remember Neal?" I ask looking at him.

"Yes." He simply says.

"I became pregnant with his child, just a week before he died. I was going to tell him that night, but then I got the call.
I gave birth to Henry, but a few hours after he was born, he developed a heart problem. He lived for five more days before he passed away in my arms.
My baby boy was lost. He never had a chance to live, to experience happiness, laughter, hope. He was torn away from me. He would have had a happy life with a mother, who would love him unconditionally.
I said goodbye to the only thing still attaching me to love. The only thing that I had left in this world." I look up at Killian who has tears in his eyes.
"I never got to see him take his first steps, say his first words, hear his first laugh.
I would give anything to see him again."

"I'm so sorry, Emma!" He says sincerely.

"It's okay, it was a long time ago." I get up and walk to the kitchen. I sit on one of the stools and put my head in my hands.

"No, Emma. It's not alright." He gets up from the couch and comes over to me.
"I'm glad you told me, but that doesn't make it alright."
I look up at him with shock.

"What do you mean?" I ask confused.

"Henry's birthday is today correct?"

"Yes,"

"Well, you should celebrate him, for the time you had with him." Killian says trying to raise my spirits.

"Killian, the last thing I feel like doing is celebrating." I put my head back in my hands.

"I know you're hurting right now, Swan, but I think we need to get you out of here for a little. All you do is go from here to the bar, here to the bar. It's constant, you never go anywhere else..." he thows his arms up. "I'm taking you on a trip."

"What?" I ask looking back up at him.

"Come on pack your stuff we're going on a trip." He scampers off to our room before I can even respond.
I walk to our room. I open the door to find him changing.

"Killian, we can't just pack up and leave. You have the bar." I state.

"Yes, but none of that matters when it comes to you." He takes his shirt off and throws it at me.

"Hey!" I yell laughing. He laughs at my reaction. He walks over to me, and wraps his arms around my waist.

"Love, you need to get out of here. Have fun for once." He looks at me with his piercing blue eyes.

"I do have fun. Right here. With you." I poke his chest.

"Yes, but we never go anywhere. Wether you like it or not, we are going on this trip, even if I have to kidnap you."

"Really? In that case..." I push past him and jump on the bed. "I'm not moving." I say like a child.

"Wow, Swan, what a mature way to handle this." He rolls his eyes.

"Well, I never claimed to be mature." I reply.

"That's for sure." He says under his breath.

"I herd that!" I grab a pillow and throw it at him.

"Hey!" He yells as I throw more pillows. I fall back onto the bed laughing so hard.
"What are you laughing at, Swan?"

"You." The bed sinks beside me. I open my eyes to see Killian hovering over me.
"What do you think you are doing?" I ask raising my eyebrow.

"What does it look like I'm doing? He smirks.
I shrug my shoulders.
"Well let me show you." Before he can kiss me I move out from under him.
"Hey, I was going to kiss you." He grunts while he sits up.

"I know." I smile.
He rolls his eyes, but when I'm not looking he grabs my wrists and pulls me over to him.
"What the hell!" I yell.

"Don't give me that." He smiles. "So, have you changed your mind yet?" He asks with a smirk.

"Bout what?" I ask pretending not to know what he's talking about.

"Going on a trip with me."
I put my finger to my chin pretending to think it over.

"Let me see... Nope. Same answer." I laugh.

"Well, maybe I can change that." He starts ticking my sides which causes me to laugh. I try to kick and punch him, but it doesn't work.

"Stop!" I yell while laughing. "Please stop!" I yell again.

"I will only stop if you agree to go on this trip." He says still tickling me.

"Never." I say trying to catch my breath.

"That's your fault."
I finally give in.

"Okay, okay, stop. I will go with you!" He stops and I finally catch my breath.

"See, now that wasn't so hard. Now was it?" He asks kissing my cheek.

"I hate you." I throw a pillow at him.

"No you don't." He throws it back.
It hits me right in the face. He starts laughing uncontrollably. I just roll my eyes, and punch him lightly. He falls onto the bed. I roll my eyes again.
"Come on, Swan, that was funny." He catches his breath.

"Sure." I give a slight smile.
The next thing I know he swoops me up in his arms and carries me to the bathroom.
"Why are we in here?" I ask looking up at him.

"Because you need to get ready for our trip. Pack your stuff." He kisses my cheek and exist the room.
