Lucas just stared at the window and smiled at himself. Someone knocked at the door and entered he smiled at Lucas shyly and slowly bowed down “I just wanted to give this to Ace.” He said and dropped an envelope on the table, it looked confidential. Lucas just stared at the window again thinking about how he’d tell her. The guy smiled at Lucas and sat beside Lucas “You look in love” He told Lucas with another soft smile.

Lucas looked at the guy “How’d you know? And who are you by the way?” Lucas asked the guy with a polite smile.

The guy smiled back and offered a hand “I’m Nicholas McKinley, son of Aphrodite.” Nicholas said to Lucas and Lucas shook hands with him. Nicholas was completely handsome with his dark blonde hair and charming face. Like Cheska he had those eyes that changed color every time, he had those multi-colored eyes. He had an average hair cut that matched his average body built and tan skin.

Lucas smiled at him “Lucas Hunter, son of Poseidon.” Lucas said to Nicholas politely “Now, how’d you know I’m in love?” Lucas asked Nicholas curiously.

Nicholas slightly laughed “I’m the son of the goddess of love. I can see from your eyes that you’re happy because of someone or an inspiration. You have this warm feeling; I can give you advice if you want?” Nicholas offered politely.

“What kind of advice?” Lucas asked curiously.

“Here, at night before the sun rises, go to her cabin and bring her to the roof sighting the sea and just talk to her. Make her fall in love with you, sweep her feet of the ground. Act soft, caring, and kind around her prove to her that you’re worth loving.” Nicholas advised and slightly laughed.

               “I don’t think that’ll work around her.”

               “Why not?”

“She’s good at reading people’s expressions, she can tell what you’re thinking just by looking at you or examining the tone of your voice. And she has this effect on me, if I act caring around her I get caught on my own trap I’m the one that falls for her even more. Every time she wants something I always the urge to make it come true.” He said as he looked at the sea and smiled every time he thought about Natasha.

Nicholas laughed softly “Okay, now that’s what I call love sick.” Nicholas said laughing hard, Lucas laughed as well. After a few minutes of talking, he finally said good bye “I’ll be going then I only came to drop the envelope anyways.”  He said leaving the cabin slowly.

Lucas stood up and walked around the island, he caught sight of Natasha’s cabin and knocked the children of Hephaestus were all trying to heal their burns and Lucas saw a girl holding Natasha’s clothes, the girl told her that Natasha asked her to bring the clothes to Natasha in the falls with the other girls from different cabins. Lucas volunteered to take the clothes to Natasha instead. He walked around and caught sight of the girls in the falls wearing white sleeveless tops and shorts of different colors, the ran around and bathed at the falls.

Natasha was under the falls and the water softly dropped on her back, she was standing there her eyes closed and she looked so relaxed. Then she opened her eyes “Hey Lucas!” She shouted to Lucas’s direction, as he expected she sensed him soon enough.

Lucas smiled at Natasha “Hey, brought your clothes” He shouted at her. He remembered Nicholas’s words: Sweep her feet of the ground he had said to Lucas with a warm smile. Lucas headed to the falls and Natasha swam to him “You want to go? You’ll catch a cold if you stay too long.” He warned Natasha with a soft smile. He knew he didn’t need to act like he cared when he’s around her, he always cared he couldn’t help it.
