After a few hours of goofing off and drinking coffee they found themselves sitting in one of the many plush velvet couches in the café and talking about things that make them happy. It was a pleasant couple of hours before the sun had risen and they decided to part ways, each of the two heading to their respective dorm houses far cheerier than they had come in to the shop.

Kevin grinned as he walked home glad to have made a friend with similar interests as him, he continued in to his dorm house and saw his other three housemates sitting eagerly around the coffee machine and rolled his eyes. He took a minute to examine them. There was Destry who was loud and funny and generally well meaningly vulgar, Nathan who was mellow but zany enough to keep up with his boyfriend who was mentioned before, and finally Ryan who was just as much of a dorky gamer as he was and generally one of his favorite people to be around. His grin widened as Ryan leaned in to the countertop staring at the slowly percolating coffee machine.

"Oh coffee no..." Ryan said exasperatedly waiting for his coffee, his favorite mug in hand smacking it in a lightly repetitive pattern on the counter.

He shook his head and made his way to his room up stairs to change and grab his messenger bag,

Kevin was burbling with excitement for class, over the course of his chat with his newfound friend Dan he found at they had similar schedules sharing their special effects makeup class and their video editing class.

As luck would have it today their first class was the former. They made their way in to seats close together eager to head to the chipped vanities and play around with makeup. Kevin who had been studying there for a year already was able to confirm that the teacher rarely taught anything and the students were given as much leeway as they pleased to mess around with the prosthetics and face paints.

Dan was having a nice time until the inevitable happened bringing him back down to reality, Phil had made his way in to the classroom with the tall blonde male. They talked jovially and in a casual manner. Dan became slightly green in the face and he leaned in to his newly made friend.

Kevin's concern had grown seeing the wave of nausea pass over his mildly emerald tinted companion and squeezed his hand attempting to provide some sort of comfort for his nauseated and forlorn friend.

"Hey Dan are you alright? You look a bit green around the gills, you haven't gone zombified on me have you? My coffee isn't that bad..." Kevin rambled in a soft and low voice, as to keep the conversation silent and between the two.

Dan gave him a quick rundown or the previous night's events and what he had witnessed under the dim fairy lights in his and Phil's share room. In sparse details so as to not relive the horrid handful of hours and the loud cacophonous noises that took over the room.

Soon after he had explained Kevin was comfortingly rubbing his arm in hopes of soothing his sickly seat mate.

Dan sunk deeper in to his seat, this day couldn't possibly get any worst.
