Sanity #4

'Sanity must not be overlooked by default.'

Sanity
"Aren't you scared?"He whispers
"Scared of what?" I ask, confused.
"Scared of what I can do to you. I can show you every tiny vein that you have, how to kill you just cutting a single one." He smiles at me, making me shudder. Afterwards he slowly stands up from the bed, attempting to walk towards me. I am alarmed and say,
"Sorry Mr.Uchiha but I remembered that I have forgotten to look after a patient, please excuse me." With swift steps, I approach the door.
"When you have time I would like to tell you how I killed my brother. I am pretty sure that you will be enjoyed to hear that." He says.
I close the door after me and lock it but still can't wipe off the maniacal smile of his out of my mind.
Without me knowing, with that same smile, Sasuke watches me moving further away from his room, by the tiny glass on the door.

A few hour later
It's nearly midnight and Sasuke hasn't caused any problem with eating meals and taking his pills. It's nearly time to end my shift and go to sleep, so this is my last check on him. I unlock his door and first of all, i get quite frightened when I can't see Sasuke on his bed, in the dark. However when my eyes adjust the darkness, I notice that he is on a corner, crouched down. I cant see his face due to his hair, which covers up his whole face.
"Mr.Uchiha, are you ok?" I ask.
"Hn" same response.
I sigh.
"Well, it's almost midnight so I advice you to sleep since you have to wake up a little bit after dawn for your pill."
"Hn"
"Well, goodnight." I say and lock the door behind me, completely unaware what has been going on.
