After School

Claire's POV

I headed to English class right after lunch. I didn't want to be late again. After getting lost multiple times I arrived at English class.

Everything in the room was pink. I don't mean light pink, but fiery pink. I entered and took a seat. I drew while I waited for the rest of the class. I drew a picture of when I was at the office talking to Reth.

Okay I admit it, I bearly even know Reth but he is gorgeous.

Then the teacher said, " Hello everyone, my name is Ms. Romo. Everyone stand up and go against the wall I'm going to arrange seats."

She continued listing names. I was almost daydreaming until she said, " Claire sit next to Tina."

I happily walked over and sat down.

"Hey." I said.

"Hey."

Then the teacher wrote something in cursive on the board. It said 'Pop Quiz'. Great. (Sarcastically) Now what is she putting on the board. 'On Friday'.

I raised my hand and said, " Then technically it's not a pop quiz right?"

Then the teacher said, " You can say that."

After a few more boring classes it was time for school to be over. I really want to go meet Reth at the park. After school I headed over to Talk to Iveth.

"Hey." I said.

"Hey."

"I was going to tell you that I'm going to walk today, I want to go by the park that just opened a while ago. Is it okay?"

""Ok then. Do you want a ride tomorrow morning.?"

"Sure but if by the time you get to my house and I'm still not awake can you call me?"

"Okay sure. I'll see you tomorrow. Bye!"

"Bye!" I yelled back.

Chad's POV

It was finally the end of the school day. I went outside of the school ready to hunt down Reth, but first I need to find Claire.

I walked over to where Iveth was quickly.

"Hey, where is Claire?"

"She went to the new park to go check it out."

"How far is it?"

"Maybe about three miles."

"Ok thanks bye."

I headed out the school and went into my car. I pulled out of the driveway but I didn't notice that I hit something. I went to the back of the car to check it out and was stunned. I hit Iveth. I couldn't believe it.

I quickly picked her up and put her in the car. She was really light. " I'm taking you to the hospital." I said seriously.

"No I can walk." She said trying to pull the car door open.

"Are you kidding me you just got hit with a car and you want to walk to the hospital?!"

I quickly drove off until I reached the hospital.

After Iveth gets out of the hospital I'll head to the park. I can't believe I hit her with my car.

I hope Claire isn't up to anything.

After one hour later they said everything was good and they released her from the hospital.

I dropped her off at her house and said, " I'm sorry for hitting you with my car." I felt really bad.

"It's ok. I'll see you tomorrow. Bye!"

She entered her house and I drove off I headed to the park. When I got there I saw Claire kissing someone. It was RETH.

Claire's POV

I had finally reached the park when I started to search for Reth. I looked all around the park until I saw a boy sitting on a bench alone with a lily in his hand. It was Reth.

I went and sat down next to him. It was silent for a while.

He then looked at me and then I said, " So do you have an explanation?"

"Actually yes, I do. So do you know what a fae is?"

"Yes my mom is one.. Why?"

"Well I am a fae. The reason I keep dissapearing is because I have the power to dissapear."

"Okay, but why are you always following me?"

"Because you are my.." He then stuck out the lily towards me and looked into my eyes.

"My beautiful mate." He moved back the hair in front of my face behind my ear and stuck the lily in my hair. He was so sweet. I blushed.

I looked up at him and said, "Thankyou."

He then leaned in and kissed me. I kissed back. I have finally found my mate! It was the best moment in my life.

A familliar voice then spoke behind me, "What the heck do you think you're doing?!"

Then I felt someone pull on my shoulder and throw me to the ground.

It was Chad.
