HIM

The mission..

                       Locus's POV

Just after we landed we all scattered, looking for cover. I found a bolder and activated my camo.

I heard a voice came over my radio.
"Locus..you there" Han asked.

"Ya" I answered

"I'm coming in from the west side..cover me" she informed me.

"I don't think you'll need back up" I responded with a slight laugh.

"Ya..your probably right" she answered.

I looked through the scope of my sniper to see Han sneaking up on someone, then in one second she pulled out her knife and stabbed him in the throat and gently laid him on the ground.

"Nice one" I said on the Secure channel.

In a whisper she replied back "thanks"

As she entered the building I knew I couldn't assist her any longer so I scoped out where Felix was. After a few seconds I found him, he was finishing off the remaining soldiers on the east side of the building.

I was getting ready to radio him and ask if he needed assistance when I heard a loud alarm go off.

"What the fuck is that" I yelled into the radio.

I looked back at the building where Han was, to see one of the 10th floor windows shattering and Han come flying out.

She was in free fall for what seemed like forever.

When she landed on the ground she was motionless.

I jumped up deactivating my camo and ran to her. When I got there I took her into my arms and made a beeline for the next bolder dig enough to hide both of us.

Just got to a big boulder close by a flood of agents came out of the entrance door, Guns at the ready they slowly walked into the field of boulders.

And looks down at Hannah, she still wasn't moving. I couldn't just leave her behind.

Oh my thoughts were interrupted when Felix came over the radio in my helmet.

"What the FUCK is going on down there"

"Felix..she's hurt bad, we need to get out of here NOW" I yelled back at him.

"I already called for a pilot. They should be here right about-" he was cut off by the rumbling of a pelicans engine.

Felix was the first one on, then the pelican flew over to my location. As quickly as I could I ran Hannah and I into the pelican.

I laid her across three of the seats, as gently as I could I slipped off her helmet. Her black hair draped over half of the seat.

I scanned her body for more injuries, as my eyes met her lower chest I saw a whole straight through her armor, blood came pouring out of her wound, I put both of my hands of the whole trying to keep some blood in but it didn't work, no matter how hard I press down the blood keep seeping out.

Felix ran over and took his helmet off throwing it across the pelican and kneeling down to Hannah. He scanned her body and stopped at her legs, he reached out his hands and tried to stop the blood losing out from her legs.

All we could do now was keep the pressure on the wounds and wait till we got back to base.

As soon as we landed the bay door opened and the medical team came in and took Hannah away. I ran to follow them but just as we got to the medical area I was stopped by two nurses.

"Sir you can't enter this room when the doctors are in surgery" The one on the left amended.

I huffed and walked over to the observation area where I could see through 6 inch bullet proof glass the surgery taking place.

Four hours later the surgery was finally over. A doctor in a full white get-up approached me.

"You must be...Felix" he asked holding his hand out for me to shake.

"Um..no. I'm locus" I answered shaking his hand.

"Oh..well then, this is awkward. you can go see her now" he said with a smile and turned to walk away.

At this point I was furious. And at the same time I had so many questions.

Like what the doctor thought I was Felix.

"excuse me sir" I said catching his attention. "Why did you think my name was Felix?"

He turned around once again "in surgery she kept repeating the name "Felix, Felix...where's felix" he said turning around and walking away once more.

Pushing my anger aside I rushed into the room where Hannah was laying on the bed. She still wasn't awake so I just sat next to her and held her hand waiting for her to wake up.
