Ch 8: Kidnapped

Karry POV

It was early in the morning when Kimberly came to class and sat down next to me. I immediately perked up.

"So... are you my girlfriend now?" I asked excitingly.

"No." That pushed my energy down to low. "I said one date, it doesn't mean I'm your girlfriend." Kimberly said calmly.

I glanced at the love letters on my table and quickly shoved them into my bag to prevent Kimberly from seeing. "How about a second one? Please?" I asked with a pout.

Kimberly refused to look at me. "No, I said once and that is final."

I continued to try and persuade her. What I didn't notice was a pair of black eyes glaring down at her.

Ying Xin POV

How dare she?! She went on a date with THE Karry Wang and she still rejected him? The nerve! I'll show her, and maybe Karry will finally notice how lucky he is to have me, Fang Ying Xin, crushing on him.

It's recess time and I'm at the doorway of my crush's classroom. I clung onto Karry's arm as he walked out of the classroom. "Karry, will you come to recess with me?" I asked sweetly.

Karry smiled at me while rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "Well, you see, I was going to have recess with Roy and Jackson, I'm sorry."

He shook off my hand and walked away. Anger was boiling in me and it exploded when I saw him running over to Kimberly with a blush on his face. I'll show him what I'm capable of.

I hid behind the bushes near where they were sitting as I stalked them. I can't go over there right now because there are boys there and not to mention 'Wonder Girl' Jillian Qiao is sitting beside Kimberly.

I waited for my chance and there it was, Kimberly standing up to go to the bathroom. I stood outside the bathroom with Karry's fan club behind me for extra precaution.

As Kimberly walked out, she tilted her head to the side in confusion. "Is this the line for the bathroom?"

I smirked at her. "Hi there, Kimberly."

Karry POV

Kimberly just went to the bathroom a while ago, leaving me alone here. "Karry, do you know anybody that would be perfect as my boyfriend?" Rinny asked with a cute pout. "Nobody seems to want to date me."

A bunch of boys suddenly jumped out of the bushes. "We will date you!"

"Nobody decent." Rinny restated, glaring at her fan boys.

"You could always try Roy." I suggested. "He's sweet, funny, and doesn't have a crush."

Roy choked on his food. "No way! I can't date her, she's my BFF and childhood friend, it'll be weird!"

"He does have a point." Rinny said.

"Roy has a point?" Jackson exclaimed with mocking shock.

"The end must be near." Jillian joked. The two high five and smirked.

"Since when were you two so close?" Rinny asked.

The two blushed and looked away from each other. Jillian and Rinny started bickering at each other as I wandered why Kimberly hasn't return yet. "Does Kimberly usually take this long in the bathroom?" I asked.

"Not really, maybe she has an emergency." Michael shrugged.

I stood up. "I'm worried, maybe I should go look for her."

Jillian stood up with me. "I am not letting you go to the GIRLS' bathroom looking for her, I'll go."

"I'm following." I said determinedly.

In front of the bathroom door, I couldn't help but worry. What happened to her? Did she slipped? Or maybe she accidentally got herself wet? Or maybe she got kidnapped? Nah, that can't be right.

"Hey Karry." Ying Xin said, walking over to me. "Do you want to go out with me this Friday night?"

"Um, no thank you. I have recording sessions."I answered, only half listening.

Ying Xin stomped her foot. "What's that Kimberly girl to you? She's not rich, pretty, nor sexy, what does she have that I don't?" Ying Xin complained.

Jillian burst out of the doors. "She's not in here." She said in a panic.

Ying Xin let out a huff. "Whatever, she's not important anyway."

Jillian perked up at this. "What did you do to her?"

"I just gave her what she deserves for stealing Karry." Ying Xin hissed.

Jillian grabbed her by the collar roughly. "Listen here bitch, you better tell me where she is or I WILL punch you. The rule of not punching a girl might apply to him, but it doesn't apply to me." Jillian growled.

"F- Fine, I locked her in the basement, happy?" Ying Xin puffed. "Why is she so important anyway?"

"I would answer that with my fist in your face but I have better things to do." Jillian said before sprinting away in the speed of light with me following closely behind.

We arrived at the school basement door to find my fan club guarding. When they saw me, their eyes turned into heart shapes.

"OMG, it's Karry Wang!"
"I want a picture with him!"
"Marry me Karry!"

The girls swarmed around me as Jillian kicked open the door. Kimberly was tied to a chair, her mouth duct taped shut and her eyes blindfolded. Jillian untied her and brought her up.

I immediately pull her into a hug. "Don't scare me like that." I sighed.

"Um, Karry..." I quickly let go of her with my cheeks red. "Thanks for caring." Kimberly smiled up at me, making my blush deepen.

"N- No problem." I shuttered.

"Maybe I should stay away from you for a while, they did kidnap me because they thought I was your girlfriend." Kimberly said innocently.

You have no idea how many pieces my heart broke into. I don't even know how many pieces my heart broke into. It probably broke into dust. "D- Don't worry, you are my girlfriend, and I will protect you no matter what." I said with my face in a deep scarlet. That must be the cheesiest thing I've ever said.

"That's cute." Kimberly giggled.

"I do want to be your boyfriend, seriously." I dropped to one knee and looked up at her with big eyes. "Will you, Kimberly, become my official girlfriend? If you don't, I will not stand up nor move from this spot."

Kimberly gave me a hand. "Fine, I'm your girlfriend, weirdo." Kimberly joked.
