I'm currently sitting in class waiting for Jason to show up, but today he was a no show. I shrugged and got out my notebook ready to take notes.
After class, I went to Jason's dorm and knocked on the door as I was doing that I felt like someone was staring at me. I turned around to see four people staring at me kind of like they know my secret, (A/N: The order in the picture above is, Bonnie, Damon, Caroline, and Stefan) I looked at them weirdly, shrugged, then turned and knocked on Jason's door again. I get a text that says: Meet me at the cafe' - Jason. I smile and make my way to the cafe' when I get there I spot Jason sitting at a table. I walk over and sit across from him, I smile and say, "Hey Jase, where were you today? You were a no show in class today.." He shrugged and said, "I just wasn't in the mood to go today.." he chuckled and took a sip of his drink. I just laughed and said, "there is this major party right down the block tonight are we going?" I smiled as he said, "Hell yeah we are!" I just laughed and took out my computer to start my work.
As I am doing my work I get a text from my grandmom (POV: Yes, my grandmom is that cool she can text!) pops up on my screen: 'You're going to a party... Perfect time to start your transition into a Heretic... You have till graduation or you lose your magic and vampirism forever...' I look behind me and see my grandmom smiling and waving at me. I just glare at her and mouth 'GO HOME!' I sigh and turn back to Jason who looks at me with a kind of confused face, I just smiled reassuringly.
At the Party

Jason and I started heading over to the party together. I saw Stefan standing inside by the door looking at me. I walked in, and Jason stood there awkwardly, I just said, "Come on in Jase.." He smiled and said, "I want the owner of the house to welcome me into his home.." I looked at him weird, shrugged, and said, "Don't be ridiculous Jason... Come in.." Someone walked up to them and said, "number one rule during my parties.. guest are always allowed in! Come on in man!" he laughed and ran off, then Jason stepped inside the house. I looked at him and said, "You're weird.." I just laughed, and we made our way to the bar. I told Jason that I was going to the bathroom, I walked away in search of the bathroom until I heard that guy from earlier today (Stefan) say, "the bathroom is down the hall to the right.." I smiled and said, "Thank you.." as I made my way to the bathroom.
As I walked to the bathroom, I felt like more than one person was following me. I turned around to see my grandmom and that guy, Stefan, going into the guy's bathroom. I started saying "Grandmom what are yo-" she cut me off by pushing me against the wall and said, "I'm sorry sweetie, I have too." My grandmom started to force-feed me her heretic blood, I tried to resist, but because she's a vampire she's a lot strong than me. After she had finished force-feeding, I was about to say, "grandmom!", But she cut me off by snapping my neck, next thing I know I blacked out. Little did I know, Stefan witnessed that whole thing. My grandmom kneeled down to me and said, "Sweetie, you'll thank me when you wake up a Heretic..." she kissed my forehead and left me.
A few minutes later, I woke up in a panic, and I saw that I was in front of the bathroom. I quickly got up and looked around. I turned around to see Stefan behind me. "What did she do to me?" He sighs and says, "guess..." I sigh and say, "Shit... I have to find Jason..."
When I left the bathroom, I made my way back to the bar only to see that Jason wasn't there. I walked over to the bar to ask the bartender if he's seen Jason, but when I went over to the bar. I leaned over the bar and saw a horrific sight; I gasped, and Jason turned around with blood all over his face. I looked around in a panic, all Jason said, as I ran out of the house as fast as I could was, "Ariana!" the thing that he didn't know was that I also ran out because I didn't want to transition into a Heretic.
It felt like I have been running forever, I manage to make my way over to a bench and sit. I saw the same guy from the bathroom at the party, (Stefan), sitting one bench away from me. I looked over at him then looked away; my phone was blowing up, and it was all from Jason. I sighed and turned my phone all the way off. The guy from today walked over and sat next to me and said, "I didn't get a chance to formally introduce myself to you, I'm Stefan Salvatore.." I smiled and said, "Ariana Grande.." he chuckled and said, "who was blowing up your phone before? Sounded urgent.." I just sighed and said, "My best friend..." I looked down playing with the hem of my skirt, and he just said, "Did something happen between you guys? You seem upset.." I sighed and said, "I guess you could say that... One of the things is me obviously, and the other is him, but I don't want to talk about... I'm sorry.." Stefan smiled and said, "Understandable.. well I'm going to head back to the party.. you coming?" I shook my head and said, "No, but have fun.." I smiled as he walked away.
I turned on my phone after a while, and it just started vibrating like crazy from all the missed messages from Jason. I then heard someone say, "I found you! Finally!" I got up quickly and said, "stay the hell away from me!" he sighed and said, "Ari pleas--" I cut him off. I continued, "Only my friends call me Ari and last time I checked I'm not friends with liars especially liars who lie about who they are... Which may I remind you is a vampire.." I was holding back the tears in my eyes, by the fact that he lied to me and that I am also lying to him. I just started walking away I heard Jason say, "I am sorry Ariana..." I said to myself, "So am I Jason..."
The Next Day
I didn't go to class today, I just couldn't face Jason, not yet at least, I was sitting alone at the cafe' Just thinking about everything that just happened. I didn't even realize that I've been sitting there for about an hour.
I sighed and stopped a tear from falling as I look down at my lock screen.

I then heard someone say, "I love that picture of us.." I was about to get up, but he stopped me and said, "Please let's just talk I'll tell you everything, and if you still hate me afterward I'll never talk to you again.." I sighed and said, "Dinner... Tomorrow.. our favorite restaurant.. 7:00 pm.." I figured maybe I could tell him about myself and with that I left him standing there and made my way back to my dorm to get ready for bed.
