Chapter 1

Brenda's POV:

"Brenda! Wake up! Im leaving!" I woke up to my mom waking me up. I checked my phone and I saw it was around 1, damn I slept a lot. I always do though, so its not like it matters. She was leaving to Mexico for 6 months because my grandma was sick. It wasn't life threatening but its still pretty bad that my mom doesnt want to leave unitl shes better so she thought six months was long enough.

I got up and walked down the hall until I got to the front door seeing my mom waiting for me. She started explaining to us that she left enough money for us to go grocery shopping and anything else that will be needed. We should be in school right now. Its the middle of October. I just turned 16 on the 11th and Alex turned 14th on the 10th. But while my mom was gone she wanted us to get homeschooled so she wont have to worry about the ride home and stuff. Even though both of us already knew how to drive she didnt want us in any kind of trouble. So we just agreed with her so she wont worry so much.

"Alright I will be calling you guys everynight to see how you guys are doing okay?"

"You dont have to call everynight mom." I said.

"I know but Im still going to. I will call you once I land in Mexico. I love you guys both and take care of yourself. Dont open the door to strangers."

"Mom we know." my sister Alex and I said laughing.

"I love you guys soo soo much." she said again while hugging us.

We said our goodbyes and then my mom was out the door. We both saw her as she went in the taxi and she waved goodbye.

We closed the door, not thinking our lifes are going to be changing really soon.

Alex's POV:

My mom just left and now its just my sister and I home. I went into my room and just sat there listening to music, texting, facebook, twitter, and instagram. I have a feeling these months are going to be kinda boring, I thought to myself. But then again I had a feeling that something amazing was going to happen. I heard my sister blasting One Direction. She loved that band and not only them but also Prince Royce. She would spend her time listening to both of them.

"Im gonna take a shower!" I heard her scream from her room.

"Okay!" I yelled back, even though I didnt care. I went into my own bathroom, yes we all have our own bathroom. Thats what I liked about our house. We have 4 rooms and we only use 3, the other one is more like a guest room. It had two twin beds even though no one ever used that room. All four rooms had bathrooms.

I went into my bathroom and I just looked at myself in the mirror. Damn Im hella cute, I thought to myself. I smiled. I actually liked how I look. I had straight long light brown hair and it looked I had highlights but they were natural. It went down past my bra strap but still above my waist. My eyes were a hazel color, I liked them. I wore glasses and so did Brenda. I was just a little taller than her, I was maybe 5'2. I decided to wash my face and just change into somthing comfortable since we werent going to be going anywhere and its around 5. Wow where did time go? I could hear Brenda was already in the shower listening and singing to One Direction. Even though I cant hear her singing, I know shes singing along. Once I finished changing, the door bell rang. I opened the door and I was extremely shocked. I couldnt believe at what I was looking at.

Woah! What do you think Alex saw when she opened the door :)? It must of been pretty amazing cause she was just shocked. Sorry, I know this chapter isnt long. But Imma try to make the next one longer :)
